Day One | Rest Week
Two questions: where the fuck did my hair go, and is there someone I can punch about it?

Would've been a weird choice of roommate prank. I mean, come on, at least cut off a toe.

I'd say that hair at least grows back, but with how these resets are, you'd get that toe back after a week anyways. Hopefully. But pfft, nah, not in my usual roommate prank book. Granted most of those pranks usually involve having to get into the person's room first, so more thought goes into that...

I don't know why the idea of a toe growing back is creeping me out so much right now, but it really is. Probably cause it's Izzy's toe I'm thinking about Do people usually have their own bedrooms where you're from? That's a luxury back home -- and I guess here too even though there's clearly more rooms than people.

I am so stopping myself from making it creepier. Because we have people with super healing powers in my world, so... yeah.

Depends on how things are going in your life really. Generally, yeah. At least that's like the general American dream is a bedroom of your own if you're single. But I've been through it all. Most recent though, I've lucked out on rooms of my own. Well, sharing the most recent in my world, but that'd be the whole not single sharing clause.

Like their toe would grow back immediately? Yeah that's definitely creepier. Convenient, though.

I don't really know what things are like on land back home, but on a pirate ship you only get your own room if you're the captain or first mate. Everyone else just sleeps wherever they can find space. I don’t miss those days, but — well, you’ve seen how I sleep. It’s even worse when I’m alone. So I don’t really miss my private quarters either. Don’t miss much of anything about that world if I’m being honest.

To varying degrees of 'immediately'. And only some would make it creepy by showing off or pointing out that 'oh hey, new toe'.

Never been on a pirate ship, but I get the whole 'find whatever bunk you can' if there's enough. Only so many jobs that don't require solid paperwork in my world. So, fisherman was a thing for a bit. Plus doing freight work if there was need to get somewhere else. And yeah, that's the nice thing of a roommate. At least you got someone around when you need 'em, right? Especially when said roommate can easily spout so much science mumbo jumbo that'd put anyone to sleep.
