Yeah? I prefer to keep my distance from nature if I can. The closest things to squirrels I know are hairless and have no tails, and as far as I know no master plans to rule us all ~~though it might explain a lot now that I think about it~~.

Apparently the one I was fighting with and who stole my ring is a leader of some kind. Just my luck the first thing I met was a psychotic wad of fur with friends.

	Oh, I’m usually the same. Closest I ever got to animals back home was making a crab and a turtle fight each other with knives on their shells. Plus nature’s full of fucking flies. Well, that's barely true either, but you can't see the exciting shit hiding behind city walls. So, mud and cranky wildlife. And yeah, flies. Maker, those are probably the real demons since they seem to be everywhere.

I know, right? Maybe it was shiny? It wasn't enchanted or anything, it was just a patterened silver band.

I guess I got on his bad side the first day I was here. ~~That is way creepier knowing they're actually organized.~~

What's sad is that doesn't even sound weird to me anymore. Couple weeks ago I was being harassed by pigeons, after all. Still don't know how they got into my flat, but they just kept showing up and multiplying.

The squirrels, though, that's a threat that sticks around every week. Not optimal to have pissed them off. Or maybe they just hate people in general. Hopefully we outnumber them at least.

	Yeah. Monotany doesn't sell books, but sometimes I think it would've been better if I stuck to business. This mess just keeps blowing up bigger and bigger. I noticed that.
