Choose Your Own School Bus Adventure! Code It was a great plan. It was a simple plan. It was a plan doomed to failure. Or was it? When the high school bell rang, signaling the change of classes after first period, Loki was outside with his "commandeered" school bus. He said commandeered but, honestly, did any of the locals really care? No one stopped him. Nor did they stop any of the Derleth students from racing out of the building and climbing aboard. Heck! They didn't even question Eddie who decided to wear his normal clothes to work. Or a raccoon wearing a vest of explosive devices. That probably should have been a hint as to how this field trip would turn out. But Loki promised the kids an adventure. And Loki always (well, usually) kept his promises. But this isn't your normal everyday school bus adventure. This is a Choose Your Own School Bus Adventure! That means you get to decide how this ill-fated (or not?) fiasco turns out. How This IC/OOC Will Work 1) Characters can interact with each other as normal under the headings. Just be sure to label if it's a closed scene/conversation or open to others! 2) If you reply with an open-ended action, you will receive a choice based on the circumstances which will dictate the direction of the field trip. For example: Player Posts: Loki Laufeyson forgot Mischief the Kitten in the principal's office at the school. Response: CONGRATULATIONS! YOU HAVE TO MAKE A CHOICE! Choice #1: Loki turns the bus around and goes back to the school to retrieve Mischief. Choice #2: Loki decides to leave Mischief behind and tells Eddie to keep driving to the edge of the city. 3) This plot is not relegated to students and staff. There are opportunities for other characters to hitch a ride or run into the school bus team. Keep a look out for those headers if you want to be involved!
