this is VERY EXCITING!! :S from snoopin' around on past matches, it looks like i should confer with amy on what unfortunate injury oighrig incurred & its consequences? obviously i'll let her take point on it, though. :>

That's what I do with Florrie. Usually I assume they're going to need ambulance transport (which Maggie and Florrie are trained to provide) to St Mungo's after the game. We haven't had any injuries severe enough where people have to go immediately, just broken bones, concussions, and similar things that need a full check-up at A&E.

If it's just a broken bone this is something that Maggie could take care of herself--she's more than qualified--but expensive sports stars = Mungo's trip and review by full healer. (Feel free to have feels about it, because Florrie does.)

As far as how to play it goes, assume that she ends up in the medical tent for Portree after the injury and Maggie tends to her. Afterwards you can discuss the injury IC with the coaching staff and so on and play it by ear from there. Hope this helps!

that was super helpful, thanks! 💜 she will... absolutely have some feels, mostly of the >:/ variety, if she has to take any of the players to a ~real~ healer. grumblegrumble.

You can/should also jump in on Joy's injury--I forgot she took a smaller one that will also need care!

Ellie does need a curse breaker ... so this is not an unreasonable thought.

Do we have a definition for yapping yet? Because I keep thinking of a player chasing another player really closely and maybe bumping into them occasionally, not painfully but enough to be an annoyance and distraction. Like being chased by a yappy dog.

Lol I was wondering the same thing. I figured it might be like, I don't know, trash talking to the extreme? A shut your yap? Idk. I just picture Luag yelling at a player and pulling out every 'your mother was a hamster and your father smelled of elderberries' in the Scottish dictionary.

Right? Maybe it's a specific type of trash talking? We already have sledging, though no one's done that in a while (or at least been caught at it).

Meaghan is (slightly) OOCly offended that she hasn't done any fouling yet, this is making her almost look maybe kinda mature or something.
