Boistering is whatever you want it to be.

I only see the outcome but I know both keeper percentages are way down compared to usual and that doesn't surprise me given that the chasers all have a lot of bonus points in a PC-on-PC match. This is part of why I want to fix things for Neep 2.0 so the PC teams are a bit less dominant by spreading some bonus love to other teams (and thereby reducing the pool for Montrose/Portree as well) so there's not such a huge gap. That's on us but it's also a function of the fact that we're learning to balance the quid-o-matic across games.

To give you an idea of the numbers, when you get bonuses, they're all applied to a d10 roll. So your saves vs their goals and if they have a lot more bonuses for goals (they can have up to +4 to their d10) then naturally there are a lot more for Meaghan to save from. Thus when she plays Montrose, her percentage is necessarily going to drop. She has bonuses all the time (high save %) but usually chasers don't.

That's fair, I know that these systems take some tweaking, and since played teams have an advantage it's going to be different when going toe to toe. I do still need to come up with an IC explanation for my results though, because whatever the reason this is a huge dip in her stats at a time when she's not at her most secure.

Just adding to this: the bonuses across the board were lower in the Fall Classic because we had fewer PCs and this is also a consideration in the mix for Neep 2.0.

Definitely part of it is just that Montrose is really a fantastic line and that should play into Meaghan's thinking.

Yeah, especially fewer Pride, though we weren't full on either. But I'm glad that things which need tweaking will get tweaked.

They are definitely fantastic! But I'm not sure that would make Meaghan feel better.
