I'm terribly sorry to interrupt your Christmas celebrations, and hope they have gone well, but I need to request an emergency meeting for first thing 26 December.

It's regarding Ellie.

	Since the answer is “I don’t know, but I don’t want to have the discussion 3 times if we do and don’t bring her in and need to catch her up”, she’ll be there. I’ll keep your concern in mind. With Gwen and Ellie? Not that I know of. I just don't like the feeling I get when Gwen takes charge of things as though they're a big panic or when she presumes to manage the team rather than let me do my job.

Look, Graham, somethings going on with Ellie. I know that. Owen knows it. Lorna knows it. And I've been ignoring it so that's on me. I thought it was me but it looks to be a bigger thing. I'd like the opportunity to take care of it before Gwen or anyone else blows it way out of proportion.

	I’m not going to decide in advance, but please make sure that I hear everything at the meeting tomorrow. I wouldn’t have let you hire Ellie if I didn’t want her to succeed for her, for you, and for us. We’ll see how much of an option we’ve been left with. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
