I'll be the very first to admit that I'm no healer, but I really think the cumulative effects of Ellie's repeated head injuries have left her what some form of undiagnosed brain damage, leading to her anger management issues and obvious poor impulse control.

I think at the very least that she should be allowed to tell you herself, in her own words. After that, yes, absolutely- we'll meet amongst ourselves and talk next steps. I really feel like this is not a cut-and-dried situation.

	If this is the case, she needs to be under the care of a Healer, not leading a professional Quidditch team, which is clearly exacerbating her distress and her unpredictable behaviour. Surely that's as obvious to you as it is to me. I've already heard from her. And I'm not in the mood to listen to any more of her excuses or dodging responsibility for her actions. 	I agree with you completely. I also worry what it might look like if we don't, as a team, find a way to help her, rather than chucking her entirely and washing our hands of the situation, only for her circumstances to come to light at some point down the road and have us looking like we abandoned a former player in obvious distress. I convinced her to come in to discuss the situation with everyone, so we can determine what should and can be done next.

With Gwen and Ellie? Not that I know of. I just don't like the feeling I get when Gwen takes charge of things as though they're a big panic or when she presumes to manage the team rather than let me do my job.

Look, Graham, somethings going on with Ellie. I know that. Owen knows it. Lorna knows it. And I've been ignoring it so that's on me. I thought it was me but it looks to be a bigger thing. I'd like the opportunity to take care of it before Gwen or anyone else blows it way out of proportion.

I've told the others through private wards, so it's only fair for me to let you know as well.

	With it being Christmas and all, there wasn't exactly the time, but I agree. We need an official diagnosis. After the meeting, I'll set something up with Maggie, or bring in someone from outside. I'll defer to her opinion on that matter once we've discussed it. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
