I am sorry.
I would say this in person, and can, but I suspect you’d rather not see me right now.
Not that I would blame you. ~~I barely want to see me.~~

Hitting people without their consent is not appropriate.
Violence is not an appropriate response.

I wish I could say I had a good reason for my actions. I do not.
I tend to act without thinking and I have been under a lot of stress lately.
This does not excuse my actions.

Elsie. I'm not going to pretend I'm not mad at you for ~~punc~~ hitting my little sister. But you're family and you're not coping well with...a lot right now.

So if you're angry at yourself, the world, Lorna, Florrie, all of the above...I think you need to find a new outlet. Or find the root of at least one of the big problems there and do something about it.

You're not stupid, and I know you know these feelings have been an issue for you. So what in your life right now makes you happy? Or at the very least eases the anger?

Punching.
Fighting.
That eases the anger.

Otherwise it just simmers until I might explode.

I fly too long and I get sick.
I run and I get a headache.
I don't have the patience for meditation or breathing.

Drinking is good.
But too much is bad.

Sex is good too
Sometimes
