WHO: Everyone! IC/OC
WHEN: early evening, Tuesday, 19 December 1999
WHERE: Pip & Anaïs' Rented Home, Stirling
SUMMARY: Pip is celebrating his 27th birthday a few days early with all of his new UK friends.
RATING: Low

Pip does not normally celebrate his birthday. It's a bit hard when you're born on Christmas Day. Since he and Anaïs will likely be traveling back home for the holidays it felt like a perfectly good excuse to have a party. Its early enough in the evening that if people would like to bring their children they are able. Since alcohol will not be served, it will likely remain pretty family friendly, but Pip cannot make any guarantees when it comes to his teammates.

The decor leans heavily towards 'Birthday' over 'Christmas.' The only reason red and white is featured heavily is because of Canada, not Santa Claus. There are several Canadian specialties, including poutine and donair (both of which probably don't rate to the stuff you can find back home). Homemade beaver tails and maple s'mores in addition to moose cupcakes are the desserts. Some say that's too many sweets. Pip says that's nonsense.

Gifts were not expected and if someone was kind enough to bring one, they were thanked multiple times. Dogs are probably making nuisances of themselves and if you spot a pair of unfamiliar faces, you might have caught sight of Pip's maternal grandparents, Montgomery Wildsmith and Edna Ross Wildsmith.

Pip is also willing to teach people to play. There's a pond near Portree that he's skated on.

Maddock smirks and explains that all they need to do is just voluntell some people to go to the pond and teach them hockey. And then it can be a thing!

Done! Or will be done. Probably when Pip thinks about it again when he's back in Canada for the holidays.

Maddock says to let him know when he's back and ready for some hockey!
