If anyone's considering catching a ride from a pterodactyl, I would highly recommend against it.
And if you do catch a ride from a pterodactyl, try not to fall off.
And if you do fall off, definitely aim for a tree to break your fall.
And if you do aim for a tree to break your fall, try not to hit every branch on the way down.

So, ouch. I'm pretty bruised and scratched up. And it kinda hurts when I breathe deep.

Firstly: That is not a "little pain" That could be a sign of anything as mild as bruising to as serious as a broken rib, a punctured lung or worse.

Secondly: While I understand the heroic ideal of working through the pain, and I've been around enough heroic individuals to know it all too well, it is not something I allow unnecessarily. We are not so desperate at the moment or so low on people that you cannot stop and come in for treatment.

If it was a punctured lung, wouldn't I be dying right now?

How long will treatment take?

A pneumothorax is not normally a fatal condition, if treated.

It depends on how badly you're injured. The sooner you get here, the sooner we can assess.

I will say, Miss Bishop, as you are currently injured, I will follow your communicator signal and drag you back here myself if necessary.
