Party thread!
-Who: Everyone!
-What: Party time!
-When: Day 27, from 5 in the morning carrying on until 5 am the next day when everything will get cleaned up by the golems
-Where: Ballroom, club, bar, places around there
-Status: Complete
-Rating: Who knows! Could go from anywhere between G and R!

If one were to walk into the ballroom after 5 am, they would find brightly colored streamers hanging across the walls and from the ceiling. Confetti was constantly fluttering down from the ceiling, as if the tiny pieces were snow themselves. Tables had been set up along the wall with plates, silverware, and all sorts of food imaginable. The Planet had made sure to include everyone's favorite food on the menu. The dessert table was huge. There was also a drink table nearby, complete with a bar and a few golems manning it to monitor the intake of drinks as well as serve them up. The Planet seemed to be either apologizing for all the people missing or wanting the remaining people to get together and meet each other again.... or perhaps it was a little bit of both.

Mostly because he was dead set on getting out of this place even if it killed him and perhaps partly because he thought he'd heard the Winchester name in another part of the complex, Dean listened in from the air vent above the room of the party. He figured if there was something of value taking place he could watch and maybe the demon or god or whatever that had dragged him here weeks ago would make an appearance seeing as a large group of the planet's inhabitants had suddenly just disappeared. Maybe he/she/it would come and apologize.

That's when he would spring the trap he'd carefully set. Well it wasn't so much a trap as it was him, crouched and set to spring himself. Down. Onto the slimey bastard keeping him here and away from saving innocent lives on earth.

He'd been around and around the perimeter so many times he couldn't count. Each time he found himself either on his butt on the dirt or just suddenly awakening back in his room. Not fun. It was like a time loop sometimes. Or it had been until people had started going missing. And now this party.

The blonde and the one he'd heard called "The Doctor" who was perpetually happy in his trainers were having a sappy reunion. Although he guessed perhaps he was simply jaded due to the events the night before he'd been so unceremoniously dumped naked on the sand in the middle of a storm here on this horrible place. Maybe he was jealous. He wouldn't dwell on it now.

That was when something skittered behind him in the air vent. Shifting slightly he tried to glance over his shoulder but his shirt snagged on the edge of the vent and suddenly he was falling. Straight through the ceiling into the party room and landing on the floor with a loud grunt.

It had been interesting, meeting and greeting the man she'd helped earlier today. She sort of fancied that she was getting quite good at the whole thing, really. She'd certainly done it enough. Of course, it was always hard to inform someone that they were stuck, but she did her best. The whole thing had been interesting enough, but she was glad to get back indoors. Her warmth charm was wearing off.

She'd gotten an invitation this morning as well, but she'd thought to head out before going to the party. After all, maybe Marcus would be there, and seeing him would throw her head into a weird space. Still, it seemed like a good time after she'd shown her new friend around, and she headed up to change into some party clothes. A short time later, decked out in short black skirt, purple leggings, and a pink shirt, she was ready to go. Her hair she was undecided about, but in the end decided to change to her favorite bright pink. It matched the shirt.

All set, she headed down to the party. It was hopping, and she felt a little flush warm her cheeks as she saw that Marcus was indeed there. Immediately she headed for him, but then there was a loud sound from above her head. She only just managed to scramble back in time to keep from being landed on. She looked over at Marcus, but a serious looking young lady was approaching him. And this guy had landed pretty hard. She would track Marcus down later. For now...

"Um... wotcher?" She squatted down and offered the man her hand to help him up. "I do that all the time, don't worry about it, really." And she did seem to spend more of her time tripping than standing upright, so the words held a ring of sincerity to them. "You okay down there?"

Sam had decided that since he was stuck here, he might as well as meet some more people to pass the time. He wandered down to the party, dressed in every day clothes. He hoped it wasn't the sort of party you were supposed to dress up for. The invitation had neglected to mention anything about that.

Walking into the ballroom, Sam looked around for some familiar faces. He saw Andy talking to another girl in the corner and he seemed to be getting along alright with her. Good for him. Sam took in all the different people in the room. Some had odd styles of clothing but most didn't look too out of place.

Then there was a crashing sound from above and someone actually fell down from the vents, almost crashing onto top of a girl with bright pink hair. Someone who, Sam swore he thought, looked a helluva lot like his brother.

Was it really...? Well, there was only one way to find out. Sam quickly hurried over to the guy and the woman with bright hair. As he got closer, sure enough, he recognized the person. "Dean?" he asked incredulously, reaching down and hauling his brother to his feet to get a look at him, first to make to sure it really was his brother and second to make sure he was alright. "What the hell are you doing here?! How long have you been here?! Why haven't I seen you?! And what the hell were you doing in the air vent?!" Leaning forward, he hissed into Dean's ear, "Where you trying to spy on girls or what? There are better ways to pick them up, dude!"

Finally turning to the other woman, he smiled in embarrassment. "Sorry, miss, he's just my idiot older brother. You're not hurt, are you?"

As Andy finished his beer and was about to lead George out so they could head to the Game Room for something more interesting, he heard a loud crash and looked up at the sound, jumping slightly with surprise. He'd looked up just in time to see someone fall from the vents.

Also, as he looked over at the commotion, he noticed a familiar face rushing over to see if the guy who had fallen was okay. Hell, it was hard to miss someone the size of Sam, wasn't it? He nudged George. "That's Sam," he said in a low voice, grinning slightly.

Right around the time he heard Sam ask, "Dean?" incredulously, Andy was pretty sure he recognized the fallen man as just that. Sam's brother - the one with the sweet ride.

He nudged George again and nodded toward them. "Come on, I know those guys," he said as he started toward them.

"Hey man, that was one hell of an entrance..." Andy joked as Sam pulled his brother to his feet. "You all right?" He looked up at Sam and gave a nod of acknowledgment. "Sam," he said with a smile.

He took a few long limbed strides, not quite at a running pace since they were so close and all, and found himself parking up next to Andy with Rose presumably in tow.

"People fall in out of ceilings here often, Andy?" He was currently staring at the man on the floor trying to figure out why one would spend a party way up there anyway.

"You alright there?" He asked the man on the floor who was rapidly acquiring a crowd.

Rose was dragged towards the man who had fallen from the ceiling, her hand in the Doctor's tightly. They had managed to get in close before too many people got there, but a crowd was very quickly starting to gather. The Doctor seemed to have already made a friend, and she wondered for a moment if he was indeed the Doctor's new companion. But she didn't say a word, just smiled at the man called Andy before looking back down at the man on the floor.

He seemed okay but she really couldn't help but want to check. She was naturally like that, always wanting to see if people were okay.

Andy looked up at the sound of the Doctor's voice. He smirked and cocked his eyebrows when he noticed that the Doctor was holding the blonde girl's hand. "Nice," he replied quietly with a wink. "And...no. At least not that I've seen, but then I haven't really seen much of Dean's work, so maybe it's a regular occurrence for him," he laughed.

He paused and looked over his shoulder toward George, hoping she was going to come along after all, and then looked back at the Doctor. "So, who's your friend, Doc?" he asked, grinning. "Told you it's not so bad here."

Tonks blinked. All of a sudden, there were tons of people here. But she took it all in stride, being a fairly social being, and decided that she'd been quiet long enough.

"Hullo, I'm Tonks." She looked around at them all, not recognizing any of them except for possibly by sight and she wasn't even sure about that. She still knelt on the floor, waiting to see if the man who had fallen was okay.

George ran behind Andy as some guy literally crashed the party, skinny dude and blonde girl ran towards fallen guy as Andy did, Andy said the other - ginormous - guy was Sam, and the only other person she knew - the witch Tonks - was also there.

Suddenly, the place seemed full. George instinctively hoped the guy wasn't dead or it would be on her, but then again, she hadn't received any post-it. She wondered if the golems would deliver her any...That is, if anyone even died there.

Not wanting to add herself to the chorus of people who had asked the man who'd fallen from the vents if he was okay - could anyone be okay after falling who knew how many feet on the floor? - she simply stood there next to Andy.

"Andy this is Rose, defender of the Earth as I like to call her," He nudged Rose, because he never got to introduce her anymore.

"Well, it is still about 95% of the bad I thought it was, Andy," he quipped canting his head a bit to the man on the floor. The fall wasn't that bad, he'd seen lots of people fall that far and not suffer too ill affects.

Then there was the woman with the bright pink hair. That was... different. She seemed friendly enough so the Doctor offered a smile.

Truthfully, he was starting to get a bit of a headache when he looked up and across the room, trying to find something else to focus on other than the people around him. It seemed time had been bent, twined, severed and otherwise manipulated to get everyone here. It was enough to make a timelord feel a wee bit on the peaked side of things.

However, much to his amusement there was yet another familiar face across the room. If he hadn't already communicated with her using that handy dandy little book, he wouldn't have believed it. "Look who it is, Rose," he said rather gleefully, pushing his way out of the circle and across the room.

It was a toss up between who he should look at first. The girl with the shocking pink hair or ... Sam? How had Sam spun himself from college and Jess into Dad's line of work? This HAD to be worse than he had expected at first if they dragged Sam into it. Inwardly he cursed.

Outwardly he stood to his feet and brushed himself off. The sudden appearance of Sam had wiped all embarrassment from his mind and all he was concerned with now as avoiding attention.

To the girl with the pink hair he said, "Uh yeah, doing fine. Glad to know I'm not the only one." He flashed her his most charming of smiles and shook her hand heartily as though trying to convince both himself and her that this was normal.

To Sam he muttered over his shoulder, eyes still on the pink-haired girl, "What the hell are you doing here?"

"Hi, Tonks," Sam greeted the girl with brightly colored hair with a slightly forced smile. "It's nice to meet you. Sorry for just rushing off, but I hope you don't mind if I borrow my brother for a bit. We need to talk."

He turned to Andy and nodded at his friend. "Andy," he said in greeting, then grabbed Dean by the back of his shirt and started to haul him out of the small crowd that had gathered around them.

"Why do you always have to make a scene?" Sam asked his brother as he forcibly made Dean come with him. "How long have you been here? What happened at Cold Oaks? The last thing I remember is you shouting at me to look out." He paused a moment, realizing that since Andy had been yanked here at a different point in time than he had, maybe Dean had too. "... Do you even know what I'm talking about? What's the last thing you were doing before you came here?"

Andy was happy to see that George had followed him over, after all, even if she wasn't saying anything. She probably just didn't want to be another person asking if Dean was all right and given the great ruckus, Andy couldn't think of anything else she'd be likely to say, since she didn't know Dean at all. Or Sam. Or, it would seem, anyone.

The woman with the pink hair spoke but then knelt back on the floor and Andy thought perhaps her hello was more of a formality than anything else. So, rather than introduce himself in return, he offered a weak "hey," and figured if she stood up again then he'd give his name...if it looked like she wanted to know it. Andy felt like he'd already pushed himself a little on someone who didn't want company tonight and he didn't really want to press his luck trying to do it again.

"Rose..." Andy repeated as the Doctor introduced her. He nodded, setting the name and face to memory. "Nice to meet you," he said, giving her a nod and a genuine smile. He liked her already; she'd managed to cheer Doc up, so she had to be something special. At least to Doc, anyway.

But, then the Doctor was looking around and excusing himself from the circle. Andy watched as he headed over to another woman; bit older and brunette. "Gee, he really gets around, huh?" he asked both Rose and whoever else happened to be listening, grinning at his own lame joke.

Sam acknowledged him; Dean didn't. It seemed that Sam and himself had come from the same place at different times...and Andy wondered if maybe Dean had come from a different time and place entirely. Maybe he didn't say hi to Andy because he, in his own world, hadn't met Andy yet. That was kind of a weird thought to process...

As Sam excused himself from Tonks and took Dean by the back of the shirt, Andy looked over at the three women, mainly George. "I don't know about you guys, but I'm kinda ready to blow this pop stand, now. Show's over and all. George and I were gonna go play video games --" he paused and looked back at George. "Oh, uh, this is George," he added distractedly, looking back at Tonks and then Rose, when he realized she hadn't introduced herself. "Anyway, if anyone wants to come with..." he offered with a shrug, his eyes turning back to George once more as if to say he hoped she didn't mind him extending the invite to Tonks and Rose. He thought it might be a little rude to just leave the two of them standing there, after all.

He was so busy slapping away Sam's hand on his shirt and trying to figure out what language the kid was speaking that he almost didn't have time to regret being dragged away from the girl with the pink hair. He noticed the one introduced as Andy glancing at him and he gave the guy a nod and half wary smile. What was he looking at, Dean wondered. He turned a glare back at Sam and shook his head.

"You lost me, Sammy. Cold Oaks? I haven't seen you since you had that tirade about me wasting my life trying to be Dad then went off to Stanford to inflate your brain. The last thing I was doing was..."

And he broke off, momentarily distracted by the pretty blonde (Rose was it?) because it was easier to be distracted by her than by the real reason he'd been drinking until sunrise when he was sucked into this forsaken place. He was still not ready to face that stupid lifetime movie moment while sober.

"What was the last thing you were doing? What did I tell you about college and drugs, kid?"

Sammy. It was stupid how one word, and a nickname he didn't much like at all, could make him feel so relieved. His brother was really here.

Then he wrapped Dean's words around his head and felt a myriad of emotions coming across him. "You... Shit, Dean, are you serious? Stanford? That's the last thing you remember me doing? Going to Stanford?"

This wasn't a funny joke at all. Years, two years spent hunting with his brother, getting closer, being better brothers, that hadn't happened at all for Dean? Another thing hit him. If Dean was from before all that, then he had no idea Sam was psychic. He didn't know about Dad being dead.

Sam turned away from Dean for a moment to let out a heavy sigh, putting a hand over his face. He contemplating just not telling Dean about any of it but... it was Dean. "Look, dude, let's just... let's just go to your room or my room or something. Let's get out of here. I have a hell of a lot of stuff I need to tell you."

"You haven't changed much, Sam. You're as huffy and girly as you were when you left for Stanford. That day was pretty unforgettable so I'm sure that's the last time I saw you." He was looking at Sam curiously now. The kid seemed to be going through some inner crisis which was sort of amusing amidst the hubub of this party. He was so damned serious sometimes.

Though he supposed he himself had been deadly serious until he'd fallen out of an air vent and blown his own cover. There was no way he'd get the drop on whatever bastard was holding them against their will here on this bizarre planet. Why not settle in, have a couple brews, find a girl or two and then the hottub...

Still, Sam was upset and there would be no fun until Sam got off his chest whatever was bothering him. Dean just wasn't sure he wanted to hear a whole new load of disappointment Sam felt about his life.

"Alright, dude, get a grip. Let's go talk. But if you get up on the soap box again, so help me."

"Jerk," Sam said in response to Dean calling him huffy and girly. He wondered if Dean would fall into their usual exchange and call him a bitch back. Not waiting to find out, Sam sighed. "Come on, just follow me. We'll go back to my room."
