It had been a routine run to check the sewers for weevils when it happened, Gwen had taken a crash landing into some water when she realized this was not the Cardiff sewers. She quickly made sure everything was still there or not broken (from her knapsack with extra weevil spray to her wedding ring on a chain around her neck). "Something is strange and for once the Rift is not a factor" as she slung the bag over one arm and went to nosy around. That was when she sneezed, nothing was wrong but something had to be. She had been hiding her raw emotions from everyone beyond Rhys, her husband. "Where is Jack and Ianto when I need them?" she muses under her breath.

So for now she just nosed around, looking for anything or anyone from her world. Part of her was more worried about Jack and Ianto after the recent loss of both Owen and Tosh, still a very rough subject for her. Outside of a quick sneeze or two and the semi dazed expression on her face Gwen was in one piece, but Jack and Ianto could see what she kept hidden from the world. Plus she has no idea of the recent kidnapping and one of the targets also being her friend.

She did look ready to drop and it showed,"Ok so I've not really slept all that great so it might just be things getting to me but you're right. 	Ianto smiled, leading the way to the lodging unit he and Jack were in. "He's probably still in our room." He didn't elaborate on that, as he often did when he spoke about himself and Jack to his friends. "Why don't I make some tea while you're cleaning up? It'll help calm you down." 	"Wait until you see your wardrobe," Ianto said with a grin. "Free clothes and everything you like. The rooms apparently change to become whatever we want them to look like." Being a gentlemen, he opened the door to the building and let Gwen go in first. "Jack and I are on the second floor so let's look there for your room," he suggested. 	"Now this I have to see" Gwen cracked a rare smile. As they walked she added,"You said The Doctor and Rose are here along with Ace, any other interesting people around here? 	"I've met a few interesting people," he admitted, thinking of Severus Snape and Michiru Kaioh. He pondered over her words, thinking about Sidney being by him. "Perhaps it does," he admitted. "Perhaps not." He wasn't sure. His room hadn't been right next to Jack's when he'd arrived and Jack was the person he was the closest to out of anyone in the entire universe. 	"It'll sound crazy but if the planet is alive then they would know little things like the bond between you,me and Jack" Gwen observed. As he walked down the corridors, he scanned the doors, searching for Gwen's name. They didn't have far to go. Stopping at 203, Ianto let out a slight laugh. "You're right next to Jack's old room." "Next to Jack's," Ianto corrected. "Why don't you go inside and see? Will you be alright on your own?" He really didn't want to stay while Gwen bathed but she really needed to get out of those wet clothes at least. He didn't want her to get sick her first day here. "I'll come back soon with Jack and something warm to drink, promise. We're in 207, just two doors down. Next to you in 205 is Sidney Prescott. I haven't met the person in 201 yet."

"I'll be fine and you nailed it, no need for me to ctach a cold from landing in a sewer puddle" as Gwen slung her backpack over her arm once more. "Go and get Jack and once I'm in some dry clothes the 3 of us can trade notes at least" as she offered Ianto a quick hug before going inside to shower and change.

(I think we can call this done once Ianto tags and you can start the thread for the 3 of them :) )
