Stood in the living room of his small apartment, Finn looked around the room feeling rather proud of himself. While he knew that there were some in this town that would have far grander abodes then anything he might, he did not care. For one of the first times in his life, he felt in control of his own destiny, and he had a space to call his own. A space that he could fill with as much green and as many plants as he might want, without Mal complaining that he was constantly tripping over them. No, to Finn, as simple as this apartment might have seemed, to him it was success.

Still, as proud as he might have felt about his achievements, one thing he could not shake though was the feeling of nerves in his stomach. He loved his little space, he really did, it was a good reflection of who he was as a person, even if it was a little simple still. What he was nervous about though was showing such a worldly and clearly monied person like Morgan his little reflection of self. He liked Morgan a lot. Apart from being quite handsome, he was also amusing and had the ability to surprise even he, which was most definitely an achievement in Finn’s books.

Hearing a knock at the door, Finn launched towards it at full speed, a wide grin on his face as he opened the door wide to greet his friend. “Morgan! It is so good to see you, please come in”
