Hi Guys,

I'm so sorry to do this, but I'm afraid I need to pull Finn Hudson from the game. I haven't been able to be around enough, and real life doesn't seem to want to let me. Between a concussion, a flu, and losing my job this week, I need to take some time and refocus on stuff.

Hi everyone!

My name is Jules and I'll be the smirky meerkat Sebastian. I usually play sweet and innocent characters, so the very douche-y Mr. Smythe is an exciting change. I look forward to insulting and demeaning most of you in character and chatting it up ooc (I swear - only douche-y when ic!)

Sebastian has a lot of disdain for, well, anyone who isn't him so expect him to troll around.

Yo. Wassup everyone.

Been wanting to do this for awhile and here you go. An oc and a Dalton student....and future warbler....maybe. Yay! (plus it relieves me of my teacher duties every once and awhile. This is a far cry from Schue. Lol)

this character is still a work in progress. As an OC I'll be drawing some ideas, thoughts and such from my own experiences and others as a 'lost and displaced' Filipino-American. But this is still fiction of course.

So as of right now he is settling into his new life at Dalton. And he isn't liking it one bit. He hates the idea of uniforms. And he misses his friends and home back in Colorado. And excuse his foul mouth!! He's a very angry and somewhat rebellious kind of guy. And he loves to make smart ass remarks but he is still a quiet and reserved guy. (one could say he is almost the equivalent of Santana) He's bottled up a lot of feelings.

I'll have a more detailed profile up asap. So stay tuned for it. As for storylines....all I have in regards to possible connections is Jeff as of late. (and Blaine and/or Kurt). Unless he finds a way to Lima he won't really know anyone else. But we can still do some plotting.

A new thread has been added for Erik in the character meme (HERE), and the friending button has been updated (HERE)!

As per feedback from my last mod post, I AM easing up on the character limits to allow players to apply for a second main character. This is subject to mod approval, since I still want to make sure that both of your characters aren't primarily interacting with each other. IF you are interested in picking up a second major character, please let me know before you start the application -- if it's going to be questionable, I'll let you know right away, and if it's far enough removed from your first character, I'll go ahead and place a hold for you. Standard rules still apply -- holds are valid for 3 days, two-week waiting period is still in place before you can hold/app a new character. (All current players are clear of the 2-week point, though, so that won't be an issue.)

(FYI -- We have special requests out for Puck, Mercedes, and Sebastian, so I will be trying to focus on them a little bit when I do my next round of ads this week!)

Oh, and the general consensus seems to be to stick with the one-week delay for the V-Day ep, despite the fact that it won't line up in real time, so watch the dates on that when the time comes!

No new episode this week because of the State of the Union address, but I wanted to get some feedback from you guys on a few things, nonetheless -- so consider this an open discussion post, even if it isn't paired with a new episode!

What's the story, guys?

This game has stopped feeling like a game, and started feeling like a bunch of PSLs that accidentally ended up in the same community. And the activity level is so low as to be almost non existent... I'd really like to PLAY my Santana, instead of having her just... sit here gathering dust.

So to that end, while I know Stacey has stuff going on and so Blaine can't attend, I'm proposing that Santana throw a party at her apartment, that everyone is invited to. Or, perhaps not a party. Perhaps a dinner party, so that Will and Emma could come too without feeling like they were trying to crash a high school party.

I'd really like it if we could make this an ACTIVE thread, not just one that gets three replies and dies. We need to get back into the swing of things! Who's with me!?

I know this is short notice, but there's been a death in the family and I'm on a plane to PA tonight, so my availability is going to be limited over the weekend. I'll still have my phone with me, just be patient with me RE: tags and comments and mod stuff. I'll be back on Tuesday, but until then, email is the best way to reach me in a pinch!

So...m thinking I might really need to drop Shannon and focus on Burt. Sorry, guys, I just don't seem to be able to do two and do them justice.
