Good morning inmates. It is the 139th day of the third generation, and the facility will be observing Halloween. The weather will be mild in the morning with a chill as night falls.

Holiday themed costumes and treats have been organized and are located in the stores in Sector 5. This system encourages all inmates to participate, and to refrain from disrupting others interested in participating. Destruction of facility decorations will not be tolerated. [Pumpkin smashing is still off limits this year. 8|]

King Ashura, the bird you requested is now available in the pet cafe. Inmates Francis Morgan and Peregrine Mendicant, the items you requested are available for pickup at the entrance to the shelter in Sector 0.

[Good morning, Marina. Someone isn't fond of sweets, but Minako may or may not have made him slightly curious about this 'Halloween' thing, and now he's seven-years-old and his last memory is that he was about to come home from the Ninja Academy. Not only he's confused, but he's extraordinarily on edge at being in this strange, new place.]

[Anise didn't have a second thought when she deemed this Halloween holiday the best holiday ever. The weather was nice for such a holiday, the chill adding a certain creepy feeling to the air. Pumpkins with faces carved into them decorated here and there along with images of witches, black cats, skeletons and other 'scary' assortment of beings. Best of all, she got to dress for the occasion, picking a simple pink and black witch's outfit from the costume store along with a pair of stripped stockings (those are valuable you know!).

Once she deemed herself looking cute and fitting for the holiday she went outside to find Asch and tease him againplay around. Though, there was something that did catch her attention aside from the decorations, there were candy bowls ripe for the picking! Looking both ways to make sure she wasn't caught, she nosily shifted through the bowl until she found something that looked good. Tasting a morsel, she hummed in approval, it tasted like a strawberry♥ Finding more like it, she gathered as many as she could before looking to another bowl. Should she gather more...?]

[ It wasn't his usual morning for taking breakfast in the shelter, but the meteor last night had distracted him. It had been worth it though. Sliding into a seat at the shelter, Hei glances idly at the counter and the bowl of candy resting on top. ]

Halloween again?

[ He idly pulls a piece of candy out of the bowl while he waits for the bot to finish his order for half a dozen omelets. It's a gradual change though, as he slowly shrinks down in size, gaining speed as Hei continues to pick at the bowl of candy. And then his network device falls and Hei almost looses his balance on the stool.

It's when he picks up his device however, that his now clumsy fingers manage to press the video button, opening up a channel for everyone to see. Please don't mind Hei's slight disarray. His shirt is nearly big enough to cover all of him now.

How awkward.

Clearing his throat, Hei stares down at the activated video screen and glances back up to the counter now somehow looking far out of his reach. ]
