Um... Who would I contact about the Defense Force?

He knows what it is - can see it in the distant mountains, but it never got cold enough in his own lands to snow (and thank whatever gods there were for that). Needless to say he his woefully unprepared for this!

So he is currently in one of the clothing shops, peering at the different styles of clothing offered from footwear to jackets to scarves, and not particularly sure how to put together an ensemble so outside the realm of his usual robes. Because it was clearly time for a wardrobe change if this was to be the norm for a time. He could use his power to keep warm, but that is draining and he would rather save what power Acumen does allow him for emergencies.]</sub>

Does anyone have advice on appropriate clothing for this new weather?
