	Best to stay away then. But is there such a thing as a benevolent pirate? I suppose that depends on your definition. Like the stealing is pretty bad, but that's part of pirating. So does benevolent just mean you don't kill them? (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

Well, that's rather difficult to determine. I wanted to help people so much, and I thought being a doctor would do that. ANd it did, until I realized aliens were out there. And then I had to help protect people. Both humans and aliens. I'm not sure what I would be. I don't know that what I'd be exists yet on my world.

Enticing. It'd be a challenge. We don't have near the resources for that. I'd probably need to enroll in medical school 100 years in the future or something. Or on a completely different planet 100 years in the future.

It's part of what I've been doing here. We have nothing but time, so I spend a lot of that time researching whatever I can related to the medical field.
