There are a variety of different rules by which Halloween costume selection could be said to function. [ ~~Not that he doesn't sound pretty mechanical himself sometimes.~~ Pushes aside a costume on his own rack with something of a flourish, and tugs something out to better look at it. ]

For example, it's considered traditional to dress up as something 'scary'.

[Everything is perfectly normal over here no weird speech patterns at all, nothing to see here. Although to be honest she hasn't done much to hide what she really is in this place. There are too many regularly occurring dangers where her enhanced abilities are necessary to keep people safe.]

I am not sure how this can be considered frightening. [She pulls out a sexy nurse costume and examines it curiously.] Although I understand some children are afraid of doctors. Perhaps that is it.

	I am not entirely sure I understand. This holiday seems very complicated. [She puts the nurse costume back and picks up a monster mask, turning it over in her metal fingers.] Perhaps it might be best not to wear a costume at all. Unless that would be breaking the rules?
