I'm sorry to hear that. [She didn't know all of her own siblings that well—there was an incredible number of them of varying ages, and to some degree they were scattered, not always growing up together. But even so the ones she did know well were almost her entire world or at least they had been for most of her life. Not knowing them at all was impossible to imagine.]

Of course. [But where to start?] It's a very large one. Unusually large, but it's always felt normal to me. [It is her normal after all.] My father has 109 wives.
