What? There's nothing wrong with me. Everything is fine. [ If by fine you mean he pretty much quit his job, is never getting back together with Kitty again, couldn't stop a murder and has been living on the couch of one of the few friends he has left in this godforsaken fishbowl for the past few weeks. Just peachy. ]

My conclusions? I think that you're still not over that girl you were in love with back home, you still don't know how things stand with Kitty and you feel like the Defense Force, which was the one other thing you had, failed to protect someone and that means you did, too. Close?

I've known her for as long as I've been here. Six months... she's put herself in that situation more times since I got back than in all the time before I left. [ Which, coming off what he came off from, hurts more than anything. ]

All I can tell you is that in my experience people are incredibly, unbelievably stupid all the time about everything. Except my girlfriend, who is perfect and should be informed that I said so in this context if you see her. But whatever. People do dumb things and they never think anything through and it messes everything up for everyone and that's how it goes. I guess it just comes down to which people are worth putting up with all that sithspit for. End advice.
