Jack isn't openly going out of his way to look at the secrets that seem to be everywhere today, but he's out and about as normal and it's hard not to just glance at the boards covered in slips of paper as he passes, and impossible not to read the slips inside the cookies he keeps getting handed whenever he gets a coffee at Bean Crushers, or a sandwich at the carts.

(And yes, he has spotted a slip with "I'd fuck Spike in a heartbeat if I could, even after everything" - with his name on it - and removed it hastily, so he knows it's out there, but he hasn't spotted the several other copies of it on other boards/inside cookies!)

Inara was still attempting to find any slips of paper with her name on it, though she didn't even know about the ones that ended up in cookies. But she was pretty proud of herself, she'd so far managed to grab a dozen or so.

Her eyebrows furrowed though when she realized that she'd grabbed one that wasn't hers and one that had... Well a most interesting secret on it. I wish we could have a giant orgy here.

She cleared her throat and moved to put it back on the board in front of her as Jack is snatching one off. "Well, these are certainly colorful, aren't they?"

He whirls round, looking guilty as hell, and clears his throat too, the slip of paper crumpled tight inside his fist.

"You could say that." He sidles over to see which secret in particular she's referring to, and grins. This one doesn't have his name on it, so he doesn't actually realise it's his own.

"Heh, good to know I'm not the only one frustrated with the rules here!"

((OOC: Btw, he has met an Inara before briefly during 4th Wall so he vaguely knows who she is. Up to you if she knows who he is, though she's probably seen him on the network, at least!))

	Her eyebrows lifted a bit in interest but she didn't say anything about his expression. If he wanted her to know, he'd let her know. She finished pinning the slip back on the board and nodded, her gaze darting to the black band that was she was still wearing. "Frustrated is hardly the word I'd use to their rules. 	While Martha doesn't particularly want people to see any of the slips with her name on them, there are two specific ones she doesn't want two specific people to see.
