There has been a lot said of us and our choices lately. [By Spike, Rose, and Tyki.] I want us to be a force against the wardens, not each other. We spent a lot of time and energy on Spike in hopes it would save and protect lives. So far, I believe it will.

Unfortunately, it looks like we may need to do it again.

[She's known for a long time an announcement like this might be necessary, but she hasn't wanted to make it. She hoped with the other noah gone and even the exorcists that maybe he would just relax. Fish. Something. But that isn't how things have panned out.

She's close to this one. Closer than she was when it was about Spike. She has a history with Tyki—physically and emotionally. It wasn't long ago he was holding her as she cried over Reid's disappearance and then she was making him bleed and now...]

You should all know Tyki Mikk from the watch list. He's brutally attacked people from his world who were staying here in the past and recently he tried to block our efforts with Spike. You might have heard his "apology" about that. I did strike first and I hoped the injuries I got would be the last, but last night he attacked Spencer Reid, breaking his fingers.

Tyki can make himself intangible and tangible at will and at the same time. He can block your attack while making his own. [Something her power doesn't allow.] He also has access to dark matter, something we don't know a lot about. It can be a poison. He can also manipulate it's form, making his arm like a blade. His body has a lot of stamina and regenerative abilities. He also has and breeds tease which are flesh-eating butterflies. One at a time they're nothing, but in a group or inside you they are a problem.

We need options. Options to contain, reform, and kill. He's dangerous and powerful, but he can't be unstoppable. We need to be ready. I want the investigative team researching and everyone else stepping up your training individually, but most especially in teams.

[She's wearing a pink pearl and has been for some time, but even with the pearl working as hard as it can, it's not finding a lot of happiness to draw out these days. And right now she just wants to get to Reid and make sure he's okay.]

[ Although he didn't have to stay at the hospital overnight for a few broken fingers, Reid didn't feel that it was safe to venture out so soon to the attack. Most of all he had no intention of drawing unnecessary attention to the people he cared about, or get killed himself for that matter. Spending the night surrounded by sentinel bots was the best way to go, although there wasn't much sleeping happening.

He couldn't stay there forever though. The breaks still hurt, even though they had been splinted and taped as well as they could be and the pain was only barely dulled by the mild, over-the-counter, non-opiate painkillers they had insisted he'd take. Only the thought of meeting up with Kitty and rehashing the whole event again could distract him from the inconvenience this would create for the next four weeks, along with whatever other problems that would come from the confrontation with Tyki.

Only the beginning, no doubt. ]

[Her pace quickens the closer she gets to the hospital. She'd wanted to walk him home at least and see him. She didn't get much sleep last night. She was running options through her mind. Scenarios for protecting Reid. For getting rid of Tyki. Things had shifted—and so fast from the tenderness he'd shown her when Reid was gone. She couldn't think about that anymore. She needed to focus on what was happening now. Not on the man she felt she knew in there somewhere with the noah.

She slips past medical bots and through walls until she finds Reid's room and wastes no time going over to him. She's careful with the obviously injured hand, but there's no hesitation as she moves in to hold him. She might have said something if her throat didn't feel so locked up.]

[ He's grateful for the care, even if he himself doesn't mind the injuries as much as he probably should. The embrace is reciprocated immediately, one-armed at first and then carefully joined by the second, bandaged hand resting lightly on her shoulder. It hurts and he's exhausted, but now she's here and that really does make things a whole lot better.

He's never been happier that they made up before this happened than he is right now. ]

I'm okay. It's just a few broken bones. I'll be fine.
