[There are so many things Euphie would like to do today. She would like to inspire and reassure people not to lose heart in this trying situation. She would love to motivate people to work together, using their strengths to the best of their abilities. They could make their meals together! They could entertain each other. They could do so many things.

But, right now, there is one thing she wants more than any of that.]

Good morning, everyone!

I hope you all slept well. We have a lot to accomplish today, so we need to get started! Please look around and see if there is anything you can use as a weapon and then please use it to kill any Japanese people you find! And if you are Japanese it would be very helpful if you could just kill yourself!

Once they are all dead, dead, dead maybe we could play a word game!

(OOC: So, that geass (see also: compulsion) of Euphie's? It was "fixed" in game. Right now? It's unfixed and with powers off it'll be staying that way for the next two days which means she's going to be trying to kill all the Japanese inmates. I am totally open to having her hurt people and having her get hurt or locked up or encouraged or anything ever. Just no killing my girl. Aaaand go!)

[Euphie is not a fighter. She wants to help them, not hurt them. Of course she will stand up for herself and others when push comes to shove and if that pushing or shoving or slapping in some cases is literal then so be it.

But Euphie is not herself right now and she is not bound by things Euphie would or wouldn't do. She is bound by what the geass tells her—commands her to do. The geass can't make her quicker, stronger, or more agile, but she is in good physical shape. She has always enjoyed being active and dancing and taking walks. Her older sister, Cornelia was extremely protective of Euphie and saw to it she took self defense courses which she did well in. She may not have been a stand out like some of her siblings would have been, but she and her siblings all performed at high levels in most things. Just don't ask Lelouch about physical exercise. She's also stronger than she looks. After all, she managed to fire a high-powered assault weapon with tremendous kick back without being thrown by it. She stood her ground, keeping it level and balanced and not letting it knock her back.

With her will not her own she is also fiercely defending her mission so even if someone approaching is not Japanese, she will stop them if she needs to and if it must be with deadly—or at least dangerous—force then she will do her best.

She will happily slash out at Piper should Piper get in her way which she seems intent on doing.]

[It was a risk Piper needed to take. Even without her powers, she was still had a mission to protect the innocent against transgression. The whole point of the Defense Force was to do that against other inmates as well, so here she was.

She made her move then, going in low to take the knife and disarm Euphie. She didn't want to hurt her. She'd seen Euphie often enough to know something was up and to be able to recognize a possession when she saw it. Even if that wasn't exactly the case.]

I expected that. I'm okay with anything, really. We can fade out and just assume that Piper failed without details (since it's kind of an old thread) or we can figure out where it goes from here, whether Euphie gets past Piper without hurting her or manages to stab her or even just slashes her enough to deter Piper from following immediately which would give her a head start for a getaway (and make it easier to lose Piper in the process). I'm good with either.
