[Calliope smiles at her little rant. As usual, some of the words don't make sense, but the sentiment is easily understood.]

Good! That's certainly reassuring. Don't worry about me, either; I'm just fine.

[What also can't be hid about Roxy is the way she smells. There's the breathy booze smell and then there's that moment where it almost seems to be coming out of the pores and it is unavoidable. Not that Calliope is troubled by this, but she knows that her friend may not be at her most alert.]

To help you understand, it's bad juju. Even saying our names can be a problem. [She settles back and stares vaguely window-ward.]

It hasn't caused trouble so far, and the way the wardens act makes us both wonder if they think themselves above it. Whether they're right or simply overconfident, the secrecy is important.

And, more selfishly... I don't think anyone would want to be around me if they knew. Especially right away.
