[Ianto is eying the dome curiously and also a bit nervously. He's managed to turn his video on just quickly enough for a tentacle to be seen briefly silhouetted behind him before disappearing into the murk.]

When they say pay no attention to the tentacles, do they in fact mean pay lots of attention to them because they're rather large and suspicious looking? Surely I'm not the only one noticing these things.

	Yeah... that could be... [Piper wasn't thrilled about it, either.] I mean, the dome has to be pretty strong because we're at the bottom of an ocean, and all. But, what if that thing spooks and attacks? (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Plus, we must be rather hard to resist, big glowing ball of light sitting at the bottom of the ocean that we are. It may be strong, but there has to be a limit to the damage this dome can take and I'm not particularly keen on finding out what it is. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	[He's also doing his best to pretend it's a convincing theory. After all, he doesn't particularly like to think about the alternative.] If they have the technology to build this place it does seem like they would want to do everything they could to protect it. 	If they didn't care about us at all I have to assume they would simply have us killed instead of grabbing us from all across time and space to trap in a complicated underwater bubble. Small comfort, but at least it's something. Ianto Jones, very nice to meet you. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

	Well, yes and no. We hadn't exactly been attacked by other giant sea creatures in that dome. Though, I suppose, had we stayed, it probably would have just been a matter of time. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
