Peter has no intention of singing, but he's curious about a place called the Blood Shack and what passes for a party here. Besides, he's been reading everything he could get his hands on the last few hours. He could use a break. Right now he's standing off to the side with a coke, his hands shoved in the pocket of his hoody. Clearly he didn't dress any differently for this. It's not that he's anti-social, but he's used to standing off to the side and people watching, which is precisely what he's doing right now. Come bug him.
