[ The problem with trying to smack a fly that's actually sitting on you is that the fly will, without fail, be gone by the time the smack hits. Needless to say Spike does the marvelous maneuver otherwise known as an involuntary facepalm, smacking himself hard in the nose.

Welp. That was graceful like little else.

Embarrassment leaking out in an annoyed growl, Spike picked himself back up on his feet just in time for Sam to change over and request his clothes. The blond turned, brow cocked and mouth twisted into a sly smirk. ]

Yeah? Pretty sure I shouldn't reward cheaters.

[Snickering and laughing a little at that lovely little maneuver. Course when the blond refused to give up his clothing he had a back-up plan, remembering how Spike responded the first time he started to even undress around him. So he stopped worrying about being modest and dropped his hands to his sides, leaving nothing to Spike's imagination (and he hung well despite it being a little chilly, thanks). He then started toward him without any sort of tension in his gait, not giving a damn and pretty determined to get his clothing from the blond.]

So what do you call that move you did, the one where you slapped yourself in the face?

[ So maybe he didn't approve of some bloke's dangly bits invading his personal space all willy-nilly, but now that he'd gotten used to Sam a bit more and knew the reasons behind his sporadic nudist life it wasn't quite as shocking. Sure, he rolled his eyes and shifted his weight but he wasn't disturbed by the dick an' balls waving in the gentle breeze. ]

Of course, when Sam stated that he was calling it a day Spike couldn't help but feel just a little bit disappointed. This meant he had to find some other way to pass the time. ]

[Sam can sort of pick up on that vibe, the awkwardness and slight disappointment in the way the other responds. There's a pause here, a moment of thought before he just speaks his mind.]

You uhm... got somewhere to stay?

[They've got on okay and yeah he doesn't trust him a whole lot, but all in all he trusts him more than others and definitely more than he should. He knows Spike has been in the dome longer than him but, that don't mean the blond is happy with whatever arrangement he has or wants to walk that far for that matter. It would be easier to crash at his place for the night.]

So instead of resorting to explanations and defense speeches, Spike took to something more familiar. He rolled his eyes, soon following it up with a swift, hard punch to the others gut. Maybe that would shut him up. ]

[Yes, a violent response certainly doesn't show you are totally sensitive and butt-hurt about a comment. Good job Spike.

Sam was expecting Spike to be more mature about all this but he was wrong. He won't make that mistake next time and he certainly isn't going to let it stop there. Once he gets enough of his breath back and the nausea down so he's not tasting bile in his throat, he'll retaliate. He snarls and lunges low, trying to catch Spike about his midsection to throw him down.]

Spike may be strong and he may be fast, but physically he's still just a man and that means he goes down easily when Sam lunges for him, a short noise being pushed past his lips as he hits the ground in lack of breath. It soon melts into a wild, drunken chuckle and he fights back, trying to wrestle Sam onto his back. ]
