[Something is wrong.

Well, that much is obvious. She figured that out when she started seeing people who weren't really there. She's just glad no one was around to see her try to hug the not-so-tangible Allen Walker.

But right now she has more on her mind than seeing things. Her powers are stuck on phase. At least that's her first thought when she can't seem to make herself solid again to touch things.]

(OOC: Find her repeatedly trying to touch a tree with no luck or run into some "ghosts" with her. She'll be visited by a few.)

[So Tyki is out and about today, though there is a noticeable change in him as the day goes on. It's all thanks to the 'visitors' of today, that seem to indeed be showing themselves wherever he goes.

So while he will still be paying attention to pretty women in his path or the interesting passerby-er, it's the air of distraction and occasional slip in his silver tongue that comes with seeing people that aren't really there.]

[ had piter not been mortified by the whole encounter, he would have found seeing the baron in a place such as marina ironic. instead, he had merely found himself addressing, rather embarrassingly, a mere specter (all the while hating the tone of his own voice, so instinctively, disgustingly subservient in that man's presence)-- and then he had seen jessica again. he had brushed his fingers against the small of her back, watching in horror as they passed right through her.

throughout the day, he has seen many more apparitions-- recognizing many as people he killed or tortured years ago, some as recent kills, and some as those yet to die: the duke, the traitor, even a fleeting glimpse of a figure with the gait he recognized as feyd-rautha's. for a moment, he may have even seen the flutter of his dead mother's gown.

now, piter seems to have become just as pale as those ghosts of his past-- literally. if one were to stop and look, they could probably see straight through him. ]

[Dawn happens to be walking by when she sees the see-through man. It isn't just that she can see through him that has caught her attention. She's seen that a lot today. It's the deeply disturbed and troubled look on his face that catches her attention.

She moves closer to him, coffee and bag of baked goods in hand, and waves at him.] Hey, you look... surprisingly good for a half disappearing person.

[Buffy is seeing dead people, most particularly her mum. She's wary of these images mostly because it's happened before and it was the first evil messing with her and Dawn. She's also really hopeful. She knows this place can bring people from different points in time and that her Mom could be here and alive

Alternatively, she's also catching glimpses of Angelus (basically Angel + leather + eyeliner-soul=evil). This produces full on panic, absolute shut down of all emotion and emergence of someone that's pure slayer and no Buffy because Buffy can't deal with Angelus. Not now, not ever really, but the Slayer can. She's done this before and she will again]

[Laura has been trying to get away. She could not smell them, but they were there, she was seeing them everywhere. Faces that were clear to her, bloody, staring, but none of them are speaking. Once she realizes they weren't going away she tried to accept it. She goes about her day, taking steps to walk around them, never through them.

She has been haunted by the people she has killed for years already. Seeing them does not change anything.]

[ Depending on the time of day you run into Claire (earlier in the day/morning, to later/mid-afternoon, to evening), she will be running into one of three ghosts. Her reactions to each ghost are completely different.

One is Nathan Petrelli. If you run into Claire in the morning, this is who you will witness her seeing and reacting to. She is sad, she's crying, she's confused... Because the last she knew, her biological father was dead. They had a tumultuous relationship, but he still meant something to her, and the loss of him still hurt. So she's probably trying to talk to him and get some closure. You may overhear her saying, in a thickly emotional voice, "You were Superman," or something to that effect.

The second, the afternoon ghost, is another of Claire's biological parental figures, now deceased. Meredith Gordon will also receive an emotional reaction from Claire, particularly since the situation surrounding her death was so tragic and violent. She doesn't understand all of these ghosts; she doesn't know why they're here, but this is the second in the day and she'll likely be more emotional than ever here. Her cheeks will be blotchy, her eyes red from tears, and she'll look confused and lost and hurt... Probably with an extra dose of angry, because she's blaming the dome for this.

The last ghost, the worst of the three, will be Sylar. Not the one that stood and fought with Peter Petrelli, the one she last remembers, but the one before that - the one who broke into her home, sliced her head open, and stole her ability. The one who told her she was special, not like the rest - set apart from the world, even from those other people with abilities. On top of the feelings she's already had to deal with because of Nathan and Meredith, Claire will now be experiencing terror. The kind of terror that one only experiences when being forced to relive a traumatic experience. She will be running from him; perhaps she runs directly into you, smashes you to the ground... Perhaps she just runs by. But she's running, and afraid. More afraid than she's been in a long time. He's in pursuit of her, this ghost of Sylar, and while she's already endured more of him than most people could say they have, she isn't looking to have to endure more. ]

[She was excited the first time it happened, she saw Shaun in his stupid blue sweater turning a corner in one of the shops and turned full squeak in her sneakers to go after him. Only he was gone some ten seconds later. Then it was just confusing, because she's never hallucinated before and if she was going to, why Shaun of all people?

But then, as they day drew on and it kept happening? And the chatter on the feeds was increasingly strange? She figured it out pretty quick that the place was again just messing with them. Just so happens it did so by taunting her with teammates, past and present. Who, after discovering they cannot be interacted with at all, she is completely ignoring as she goes about her day.]

[Artemis hasn't been in Marina too long, but she can say this so far, it's not boring. People getting possessed or turning into ghosts and now this.

Her father just appearing out of nowhere. He doesn't address her. Barely even looks in her direction, but even when she snaps out of it enough to leave he just reappears nearby.]

Just leave me alone! [Frustrated? Maybe a little.]
