As some of you might have heard me talking about this on chat(and if I remember correctly, my intro thread?), I'll have to go for a mandatory National Service... Because of the fact that I'm a Singaporean Citizen, Male and above the age of 18.

With that said, I'll be taking a mod approved 4-month hiatus... which may or may not end earlier. In the case that I'll have to take a longer time than 4 months, I might probably end up dropping. =/

Anyway! This affects love_and_peace Yui Hirasawa.

After seeking mod approval as well, Yui will be lost in the dimension destabilizer until I get back... Poor Yui...

So, yeah, long hiatus. I'll see you guys again in 2-4 months!

No, it's not the hospital yet. I'm just going to the parental abode for a few days to get babied for awhile and try and chase away some of the mental badness. I don't think being alone is helping me much atm. I'm leaving my computer at home as well, because I'm starting to get a little discouraged with my progress in the game and considering fully dropping, so a bit of a breather seems to be in order - I will have access to a computer to keep up my current threads, but it's my dad's, so I can't exactly sit on it all day. So no new stuff.

Love y'all. Thanks again for the warm reception in my last post - it helped more than you know. But a little cocooning is in order now, so I'll be fully back in a few days.

1. Activity check!
Comment here with one of these filled out for every character you play. All characters must respond, unless you are on full hiatus until the 7th.

Use your character's community tag to find their activity for May and summarize it. Untagged activity does not count toward your activity check.

Be detailed! "Deire mostly just hung around" is not detailed. But don't be tl;dr! Two comments worth of a small essay riddled with links is tl;dr. The purpose of that section is to remind people what your character has been up to, so that any thoughts about your characterization will come back to them. It defeats the point if it's too long to read, or too short to jog memories.

You'll have one full week to comment, until the 7th. Repeating: All characters who were active in May must do this, unless you are currently on total hiatus. If your character has only been active for one week, you need to post for that character. If you are on slowatus, you need to post for your characters. If you are on hiatus with character A but still active with character B, you need to post for character A and character B. Only a total hiatus for the duration of the HMD gets you out of the HMD.


2. How's my driving?
Respond to other people's comments! Tell them if you think their characterization is right, wrong, just slightly off the mark; tell them if you think their character is so X Y and Z that you've decided to read/watch/play their canon; tell them if you think they as a player need to work on something, IC or OOC. You don't have to know someone's canon to give them valuable feedback.

Everyone is required to be open to concrit to play here! Please speak to the player in question before you decide that they're not open to crit. It helps us, the mods, if we can see what's going on so we can put a stop to players shutting down concrit.

Long story short, this week might be slow for me because of:

1) ~7 days of vacation time! Case and I will have internet at the destination because, well, we're all internet folk. XD
2) Need to reconsider/finish my app for Galatea.
3) Focus on now-old threads which drastically affect the direction I will be taking with some characters.

So no more open/new posts... maybe no more new threads at all for the time I'm out, but we'll see!
