What is Easter? And how do chocolate eggs fit in?

It matters Dean.

Or it did. I am not sure any more.

Maybe it does, but the commercialism, not so much.

No, that is insignificant and distraction. Chocolate has nothing to do with the gifts of the Lord but the symbol of the egg is significant. I think such things can have a place along side.

Maybe.

It's hard to look past the distractions sometimes, and just celebrate the fact that, hey, we're alive, and the world hasn't come to an end yet.

If you wish to consume chocolate wrapped in foil to do that then you have my support.

I'd rather not consume the foil, thanks.

It isn't appetising?

Not really, no. It looks nice, keeps food clean, but no.

Are you pulling my leg?

I never work in bars either. If I am to survive her I must adapt.

Have to politely disagree with you about chocolate not being a gift of the lord. Not very religious, me..but chocolate has healing and helpful qualities. Which, to me, is a sign that *someone* out there is trying to look out for us.

I did not say chocolate is not a gift of the Lord but that it has no special significant to the celebration of Easter. Of course it is a gift of God. But He is no longer looking out for you regardless of chocolate.

Ah, I see. And well, chocolate and beer, apparently. That bloke..the Muggle with the key and the lightening..he said something about beer being proof that god wants people happy or something?

God wants people happy. He does not wish them to find it only through inebriation.
