Author's Notes: This is for Bonfoi, who requested, "Alternate Universe, Time Travel, Romance, Adventure, Post-First Voldemort War (Severus doesn't become a professor at Hogwarts). Trying to find a way to save Lily, Severus stumbles over Remus Lupin in the depths of an ancient Roman burial in Sussex. There, they duel over their past slights and awaken an ancient portal. Both of them fall, or run, through it during the heat of the moment and find themselves in the past. But whose past? Why is Aberforth Dumbledore passing them messages from "The Phoenix"? How were they ever going to get back? Rating: R to NC17." I hope I managed to get enough of these in, and that this makes your holidays merry and bright!
