Just posting a note to let readers know that effective immediately, the

snupin_prophet is going on a temporary hiatus until December while I focus on the Snupin Santa 2009 holiday fest. November is the busiest month for holiday fest mods, and I need to concentrate on deadlines, processing submissions, arranging pinch hitters, and uploading gifts.

A change in policy

In the past, my policy has been to include rec posts only if they a) are unlocked and publicly viewable and b) contain two or more recs.

Since reccing has died down considerably over the last couple of years (December being a notable exception), I've decided to alter the policy and include posts with only one rec. The recs don't have to be lengthy or formally organized, but they do need to be a little more specific than "OMG you have to read this NOW!!!!!".

From this point on, if you rec any RL/SS story or art and you aren't sure I'll see it, please feel free to send me the link at scribbulusink @ gmail.com, and I'll include it in the next issue of the newsletter.
