Rules, we love 'em! Snupin Santa 2012! Yay !
ALERT! THIS IS NOT THE SIGN UP POST!
ALERT 2! THE RULES HAVE CHANGED. READ IT ALL CAREFULLY, PLEASE!
This post includes the rules for signing up and participating in the exchange. Actual sign-ups will begin this weekend. Many of these rules are the same as past years, but some have changed out of necessity. It was difficult to match 50 participants last year, so sign-up requirements have changed.

ALLLL that said, this is meant to be fun for everyone - participants, members and even the mods! If the rules have scared you, feel free to post your concerns here. If you don't understand something, there's no question too dumb to ask. Shy? Use the email provided many times above.
There will be prompting posts made to the community to help inspire those who are signing up. Look for them on IJ and LJ early next week and anyone can offer prompt ideas, even non-participants. Sign-ups will begin late Sunday so keep an eye out. And be sure to tell your SSRL-minded friends!
