No. We are not. A monster is someone who uses their power to hurt people instead of helping them.

I used to be a monster. I was angry and scared, and I wanted to revenge on the man who killed my parents. Or rather, who's technology killed my parents. So my brother and I let them experiment on us, give us these powers. I only wanted to hurt people.

It was only until recently I realized that I was in the wrong. I let my anger and grief and desire for revenge get in the way of what I could truly accomplish with my powers. Which is the ability to help people and do good. So, I became an Avenger. To make up for what I had done.

So maybe, I was a monster. Maybe in some way, I still am. But I don't think I am one anymore. I don't want to believe that I am. I choose to use my powers to do good.

I don't know you very well, but I don't think you are a monster just because some man says that you are.

	So you have issues, we all do. I was brainwashed by HYDRA and did awful things for them. I was a wreck when the brainwashing finally broke. I'm just really good at hiding it. I have good days and bad days, more good now but there are still times when I struggle with even the simplest decision like what movie we're going to watch. Grant helps me though, people think he's manipulated me but he hasn't, he's just been there to help me find who I am.

If you ever feel like you need to talk to someone I'm always available. I understand if you don't want to take me up on that offer though.

I have one person who I trust completely, I don't know if you'd call that a support system but it works for me.

Well Daisy and her friends don't think I'm trustworthy. I was brainwashed by HYDRA and Grant helped me recover from that. Because of that SHIELD decided I was better off being locked up so I broke out and kidnapped Bobbi to try and get her to apologize for selling me out to HYDRA. Now they hate me even more because of what I did. I made bad choices.
