Hello lovelies! Anna back with a whopping FOUR new characters. We have Jaclyn bringing us Caradoc Dearborn, Jamie has Eimile Finnigan, Nicole has Sirius Black, and lastly, please welcome Christa with Thomas Wilkes!
Now on to plot business. First, big plot with attacks from BOMB. Of course, people can still sign up to get beaten up by BOMB, so if you haven't yet, just lemme know. Anyway, the pairings so far are:
Charity beats up Matilda.
Diggle beats up Evan.
Lowri & Brandon beat up the Lovegoods.
Troy & SOMEONE ELSE beat up the Lestranges.
SOMEONE beats up Thomas Wilkes.
*Still need a few more BOMB people to fill in here.
Now that you have the pairs, the timeline for these is entirely up to you. You can start as early as tonight if you wish. Oh and of course, just know that these pairings don't mean that the BOMB people necessarily win. That is up to you lot.
Ok onto the Order training. Dumbledore will call a training session at the Hog's Head. As with the attacks, if you haven't signed your kid up, you still can. And the training pairs so far are:
Moody trains Dorcas & probably Mary... depending on how much she abuses him.
Gideon trains Lily & Marlene.
Fabian trains Benjy
Abe trains Remus.
Doc trains Jack.
Caleb will run point on the training session, which will happen sometime next week-ish. I will be a bit scarce between now and next Saturday, cause I take the Praxis test to see if I know enough to be a teacher on Saturday of next week. Needless to say I'm nervous, and on the verge of panicking. Sooooooo yes. I will get to the logs I've promised, but they might be a bit slow going.

Hello lovelies, Anna here with lots of stuff! First of all we have a new character! Latara is bringing us Lowri Pritchard. MOAR BOMB! YAY! Secondly, we lost Joan's Sirius Black, so be sure to run the f-button.
BUT! Before I put the f-button up, some plot bunnies. First, BOMB is going to continue to up their violence, this time by randomly beating up known purebloods, ministry personnel, etc. Even some Death Eaters since BOMB actually WANTS to hurt Death Eaters, they just don't know who they are. And here's where you start volunteering your character for violence. And BOMB, you too. I'll randomly pair up people based on your answers, etc. Obviously, I'll take into consideration who plays who so you're not attacking yourself. :)
And of course, my evil DEs... you do NOT need to stand for this. Random attacks on muggle neighborhoods do not need mod sanction here. Even random retaliation - we're totally fine with battles happening too. :)
Now my Order kids, Dumbledore will be setting up the training sessions at the Hog's Head, whether his brother likes it or not (hooray Dumbledore family dynamics!). I will be working on the pairs, but I want a head count of who will be doing the training, i.e. make sure I don't forget anyone: Moody, Frank, Abe, Gideon, & Alice (I think that's all my DMLE/Older Order folk) training everyone else. I will work out a pairing system, as in Moody takes two people, etc. Just please respond here so I can work this out feasibly. And of course, at the start of this big meeting, Dumbledore will also consider patrols, scouting stuff, etc.

Hello! Anna again with more adds!!! WHEE! Please welcome two new players: Nicole with Benjy Fenwick and Effy with Molly Weasley!
Also, we have a lot of holds, so you will see the happy little friend button popping up quite a bit in the next few days. It's not our fault, you people just keep being awesome.
BUT before I post the friend button on this post, there is a big note! HUGE PLOT is coming with the pureblood party taking place at the Lestrange party. For our new kids, there is a party Saturday night, to which most of pureblood society is invited too. Please see THIS post to get an idea of the guest list. Obviously, if your character is a society kid who added after this post, he/she is invited.
Now for the BIG PLOT... there will be an attack at the party. Did you think Pinkstone would be satisfied with just a riot after the death of her son? Oh! Think not! A bomb will be set off at the party, causing minimal damage to the house (it's hastily made home-made bomb) but still! Injuries will happen. MWAHAHAHAHAHA!
To our BOMB people: if you want your character involved with setting the bomb, infiltrating the caterers (cause they're awesome like that) or just being a distraction, comment here.
SO! How badly injured your character gets is up to you. The log will be one of those OOC/IC comment logs, so that it doesn't go insane really quickly, and so that we can have a general idea who did what, etc. If you want to have separate "OH NO I'M ON FIRE" logs with individual characters, then go for it.

As some of you might know, there is a little bit of shite going down this afternoon that involves a handful of characters. We, those involved in the actual event, haven't completed the logging for said event so we collectively wrote up a summary of events so your characters (and ours) can react in real-time instead of having to backdate everything. And now, without further ado...
An explanation of this afternoon's events so your characters can respond appropriately:

Hello hello! Another modly post from Anna! :)
Ok so the 3rd year Auror graduation ceremony was today. It occurs every January, at the completion of the two weeks of final exams, both written and field work. Just a few things that occurred at the graduation ceremony where Sirius Black & Alice Burke became Aurors:
Moody gave a speech, like he always does, and it was a mix of some new stuff, but mainly just recycled stuff from years past. Older DMLE people would have recognized this. Minister Bagnold was also in attendance, as well as a number of Ministry Department heads, etc. It is up to you if your Ministry character (or spouse of a Ministry character) attended or not, but for all DMLE personnel it is "strongly recommended" that they attend. Basically, people's absences are noted.
The ceremony was held in the atrium, on level 8, so all floo-ing in and out of the Ministry was restricted during the ceremony.
Another thing to note: BOMB was protesting outside of the Ministry again today. They were basically protesting the DMLE's lack of progress on the Christmas Eve massacre (pre-game) and the destruction of various muggle neighborhoods in early January (in-game). Charity Burbage was protesting as a part of BOMB, but she was in a blonde wig, in disguise so she didn't lose her Ministry job. It is also up to you if your character was present at the protest.

Hey y'all! Anna here with some clarification on the DE plot poke!
This attack structure is pretty much laid back. Whoever wants to kill together and log it, go for it. Or if someone wants to write up a narrative, jump on it! Or if you just wanna post here with a "So and so went to this neighborhood" and I'll write up a DP post in the morning, and then y'all can just journal about it, that works too!
Actually, keep that last part regardless. Please, when you figure out where your DE will be causing mayhem, reply here so it will help me write the DP post. For accuracy's sake!
Relaxed and groovy. That is my motto since we just opened. :)
