The family had a little party yesterday for my birthday and the French National holiday. After all, both my wife and my son are French. Might as well use it as an excuse to celebrate it.

I can't believe we finally did it. That I finally did it. Meg and I got married.

It was a great idea from Rain to have a double wedding. He and Lydia make a great couple. And now that May and Allison could join in too... that made it even more spectacular.

To all the patrons of the gym: sorry that we were a little understaffed.

As I look at Mai, I'm in shock at how much time has flown. It seems just like yesterday that I was worried about giving birth to her, and here we are 4 almost 5 years later and my little girl is not so little anymore. She's a very independent young lady and she most definitely does not get that from me. That's all her father in a nutshell. She wants something and she gets it. She may look like me, but I can see Mama in her too, and that makes me wonder what she would do if she discovered that I had a child. Or being married for that matter. Would she be happy? Would she be mad? I never knew my father, so I have no memory of him. Part of me wonders if I did have the chance, would he be proud of the lady I turned out to be?

With those questions in mind, I also yearn for the day when Christine comes to the island. I'm sure she would love to see her Goddaughter. After all Mai's middle name is after my dearest friend whom I love like a sister. I do not think I would like to run into OG, but I'd love to see Christine. It was bittersweet that she was not there to see me marry the man who captured my heart, but I hope that someday she will. And now that Mai is older, I;m telling her more of my world. Not much mind you but enough to keep her satisfied till she's older. Plus we are all curious if she will develop magical ability. But until then, I am happy seeing her dive into the hobby I love. Who knew that all this was possible by arriving to an island I hated at first. It's the little things.

Well this is definitely not Sanfransokyo.

Happy spring everyone! I am glad that spring has sprung despite the fact we don’t exactly have snow here, though I miss it. That means getting ready for Easter,and wedding season. Maybe that will happen for me someday. I’m just happy to be on the island with my little family and Weasley’s who have been my family since I could remember. I’m going to be doing some private lessons so if anyone is interested let me know.

How about we do something? I think we are overdue for a romantic evening together. We could go out, or stay in. I do have amazing cooking skills so what do you think?

Meg, I just realized... we still need to set a date for our wedding.

I apologize for my long absence,and for worrying several people. Life has just been busy with little Mai and my new grand-daughter. I never thought i would have that extension of family being so young but I can't believe how happy I am. I just wish mama and Christine were here. I can't help but wonder if they would love Mai and Allison as much as I do.

Life in the world of dance is as amazing as it was when I first started out. Spring means I have gained new students i love seeing their progress. If anyone out there is interested,come see me. Ballet is hard. But I assure you it's fun.

Now where has Cormac run off to.. I must find him..
