I never thought this day would come.

In fact, I would laugh if someone told me this would happen.

I have, in fact, grown tired of waffles.

Okay, good! With all the different places that the Tardis pulls people from, you can never be sure.

I can show you how to cook it, and a nice soup to make with the leftovers.

That is a fair statement. For example, Kol mentioned Cajun and I have no idea what that is.

Well, that sounds great! Thank you!

I know Cajun, the cooking style. They have a lot of good dishes - gumbo,  Jambalaya, rice and gravy, their own style of boudin, etc.

Is Kol from Louisiana?

These are words I don't recognize, but they sound delicious.

I don't know. Where is Louisiana?

It's one of the southern states in the U.S.A.

It's a country in North America, planet Earth.

Where are you from?

Apparently not from the same place as you, I'm guessing?

Ketterdam. Keramzin before that.

No. I've never heard of either of those places.

...hard. It was hard to survive and Matthias didn't survive

But, thankfully I had some friends who helped.

We didn't have a lot of the things that the TARDIS does.

Did you s I'm sorry. At least it's easy to live here. so far.

I had a friend back home who helped me too.

If they're little things, I might be able to help you with them if you need it. If you mean the big stuff like time travel and space travel, that's new to me too.

Thanks. It's definitely nice to be here, where I can sometimes sleep well.

Oh good!

Honestly, it's things like the phone. Technology in general, really.

I have trouble with that, but I'm getting better at it.

I can definitely help with that! I had a phone back home.

I'm glad you are. Grief lends itself to a lot of sleep sometimes

Oh good! I also find the media library completely overwhelming.
