Every once in a while, there is a door that appears for witches and wizards. One that lurks in the corner of a person's eye and begs their curiosity. A rickety old door with rusted metal and splintered, warped wood. Those that are brave enough to walk through it will find that there is not simply a dusty old closet. Rather, there is a world beyond that door -- one that is apart from time itself.

What looks like a quiet, quaint little village lies something as dark and haunting as the door that lead to it looks. Once someone steps through it, there is no going back and you enter a world where nightmares become real.

The Cellar Door is a time-displacement Harry Potter roleplay with dark themes. We look to build an active, plot-centric community which tests the bounds of characters within the village. Will you be daring enough to walk through the door?

Welcome to Luna Bay, California. A sleepy town along the Pacific Coast Highway. Known for UCLB, surfing, and some dramamtic scenery, this town is almost entirely student population and tourists. Locals live among the eclectic shops and eateries about the street. Nothing much happens here without someone hearing about it, but for a town so diverse, it's almost impossible to start a big issue. The weather is fine, the food is great, and you will never overstay your welcome. Come sit with us and watch the sun set by the lighthouse on the Boardwalk.

Welcome to Last Exit, Louisiana. A small town resting on the bayou, Last Exit is home to a close knit community where gossip runs rampant and dark secrets run deep. New residents, or outsiders traveling through, may find something a little off about the town, although they can't quite put their finger on what it is. Eccentric locals are happy enough to regale you with the town's sinister history, while others will quickly brush off Last Exit's supposed past as urban legend.

The thing is, the longer you stay, the more evident it becomes that Last Exit is hiding something. The strange occurrences, the mysterious disappearances, the brutal murders (most of which go unsolved). For those living in Last Exit, the things that go bump in the night may actually be real. And the worst kind of monsters may be living right next door.
