Some get high, some get pregnant. It's all about having fun because you could care less about anything but your future, and sometimes not even that. What really matters are the parties, the drama. Lord Voldewho? The Dark Lord and Death Eaters are all never spoken of, only visited by the youth of Hogwarts in their History of Magic textbooks.

WAZZOCK is a next-generation Harry Potter game. The game follows the sixth and seventh years attending Hogwarts during the 2022-2023 school year. We focus on character development and interaction. We'll have events, scene lotteries and OOC games. The goal is to just have fun!

GAME OPENED 21ST JUNE

WITH GOOD INTENT is an alternate universe Harry Potter role-playing game that takes place in the year 1980. We try to have a happy medium between a character driven and a plot driven game. The mod encourages feedback and suggestions from the players for any ideas that they would have for individual characters or game-wide plots. We try to avoid any clique-ish gatherings; in other words, we will do what we can to make certain everyone is happy in game and to make sure no character goes ignored or overlooked by larger plot lines.

The town of Fairview is a rather normal town. There's a state-funded public university, chain grocery stores, a couple high schools - and a thriving population of people whose personalities are strangely familiar. The girl down the block wants only to become part of a different world. That college student is keeping his profession secret from his father. All of the residents of Fairview have the same personalities as the children's movies you grew up with and are still coming out in theatres today. Just don't tell them, because they won't understand what you're talking about.

Life As You Know It is a Harry Potter RPG set in 2005. The focus of the game will be character and world building, and once we have a dynamic, rich environment we'll add in some game-wide plot. The plot will be both mod and player created and run, and once we have a good foundation going, we'll have an open discussion to see where we go from here. (Some initial ideas are a virus, a rogue werewolf pack or a serial killer. These are not set in stone, and we would not do all of them. It will be up to the players to decide which direction will be most interesting for the game.)

Life As You Know It will be a thread-based game (no linked journals or AIM rp) and will open as soon as we have ten applications. We'll character and world build for about a month, and then start off the game-wide plot after everyone has a good grasp on a character. If you've ever wanted to try a character out before diving into a detailed plot, or have a hand in creating said detailed plot, this is the place for you.
