Demons are attacking in Wizarding Britain. The Dark Mark soars high in both Salem and San Francisco. Despite this, both Hogwarts and Salem Institute are open again and offering exchange programs to older students. But when the peace of both sides is threatened, Potters and Halliwells will have to unite wizards and witches everywhere under a common cause. Welcome to your new home. Set in crime-ridden Dark City Treno, dominated by alcohol, drugs and weapons, this place is constantly immersed in a perpetual state of darkness. Heavy black clouds loom overhead, sometimes bringing rain but never breaking to let in the sun. The city has evolved to match its environment; business is shady, outlooks are bleak, and it is unclear whether there is still light behind the clouds at all. Even the brightest linings offer little hope. In the corner flower shop, full of carnations and spools of cheap ribbon, black market narcotics and hallucinogens change hands. The local pub, complete with Guinness on tap, reserves the back three tables for weapons dealers to do business. Criminals of all types seem drawn to the city, attracted to the dark environment the city offers.

Despite this, there is a murmur of hope amid the murky despair. A rebellion is forming, individuals determined to fight against the masses and bring good and order back into the city. However, the weather has not broken. With the dreary forecast constantly imposing upon the innocent civilians, the fight is predicted to be endless and futile.

It's 2009 and while all is not well with the world, the young witches and wizards in America are more concerned with passing their classes than international politics. The second Great War has been over in the United Kingdom for ten years and even though the battle between Harry Potter and the Dark Lord Voldemort is an important part of any American wizard's History of Magic class, it is not given much thought beyond that. Yes, blood purism is wrong; yes, there will always be bigots out there; hey- isn't there a quodpot match this afternoon?

While the wizarding youth of America are more worried about pimples and passing their classes, their parents are keeping a concerned ear turned to the news that a group of well-respected muggles are claiming to now possess magical powers. These aren't the typical muggle who believes they are magically inclined- these are CEOs, politicians and community leaders. Is this all a hoax, are these people really developing latent magical abilities, or is someone else pulling their strings?

This is Pacific Coast Academy, one of the four most prestigious wizarding academies in the United States. The new term is just around the corner. Are you ready to go back to school?

In the year 2010 the world was plagued by the full effect of Global Warming. No country was spared and no one could imagine the speed in which it came. Within months entire cities were underwater, drier than deserts, or completely leveled. Thousands died and there was no end in sight. Many lost hope until 2020 when the Eden Project was founded.

The Eden Project was a last ditch effort by the human race. Surviving scientists came up with a chemical, a gas called 'Eden' that would hopefully cool the atmosphere enough to put a stop to the catastrophes happening around the world. Slowly but surely the temperature began to drop and the storms slowed. In the time between the beginning of the storms to the launch of the Eden Project, the world population had dropped from nearly seven billion to a little below five.

It was another six years before the effect of the 'Eden' chemical was known.

It began in 2028. There were suddenly less children being born and by the end of 2029, pregnancies stopped all together. The men and women of the world were now completely sterile. It was soon discovered that the Eden chemical was the cause of the sterilization, that the one thing that had saved the world had also doomed it to an inevitable ending, the population destined to dwindle down to nothing.



The same lab that developed the Eden project has been working for the past nineteen years to reverse the devastating effects without destroying the now near perfect atmosphere of Earth. The Fruitful project was a serum, a cure that reversed the sterilization but only in people below the age of thirty.

The Global Government is taking a drastic step to increase the population. The Governments of the world began to administer the serum by administering it to everyone as a vaccine at doctor's appointments. To further insure that the population will continue to grow and to 'usher in a new era of life', a global law has been put into place. A marriage law. The Fruitful Law.

Every healthy, non-married person between the ages of nineteen and twenty-nine are to be married, whether by choice or by Government selection. The couple will have a one year period at the most after their marriage to conceive.

The Fruitful project is for the betterment of our world. Who will be your match?

[Wands] is a post-Deathly Hallows game set in 2003. It takes place at St. Mungo's and in the homes and social lives of those who work with the hospital. [Wands] is epilogue compliant.

[Wands] is tonally based on the popular series [Scrubs]. It has a balance of drama with wacky, off-beat comedy. Characters may be tripping on a potion-gone-wrong in one story line, while dealing with the death of a friend in another. Characters are well rounded human beings with a quirk or two that make them interesting, fun people. [Wands] is not a crossover.

You're just a normal person, you tell yourself. You go in, you do your job, come back home. Your life is normal and you don't quite believe in the things that go bump in the night.

Well.

That's until you start noticing little things. Like the bakery down the street, the one you visit every day for their delicious cookies? There's always a man there, in a white suit ordering gingersnap cookies. When he looks at you, the sudden need to stuff yourself beyond your limits with everything in sight makes you swallow and run off. He doesn't seem to notice.

The woman who works at your office, the one who you know is having an affair with your boss, well she always seems as if she's looking at you, smiling wide. And yet, you have this feeling that if you ever budged an inch, gave in to taking what her eyes, her body's offering to you, that if she dared go back to her boss, you'd kill her, you'd kill him.

What's worse, is when you come home, your child is off. She seems to like playing with her doll, talking to it like it's alive. As if the doll really does say things to her, and every time you see her doing something wrong, it's the doll's name that slips from her mouth.

It seems you're the only human left in this place.

Hellocracy is a supernatural RP that involves demons, humans, fallen angels, and a bit of the in between. Currently, we need humans most of all, but demons are still welcome to apply. We add as applications are submitted and have no limits on PB's, children included.
