It's 1977. Darkness is slowly blooming outside the safe walls of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Just rumors, for now, of the former Tom Riddle becoming the Dark Lord Voldemort are seeping through the halls like disease, making people sick at the thought. Other's are doubtful. How could one man become more powerful than the Ministry itself? Yet more and more people are slowly disappearing, more people beginning to wear their sleeves longer, unwilling to reveal their arm as if a dark mark of some sort was hiding under the cloth... How long will it take for people to realize? How long will it take for someone to fight back?


And how long will it take for Dark Lord Voldemort to obtain complete control?

The gods are up to no good again. A large conference was called, many showed up, many others deemed it not worth their precious time. The proceedings were long, drawn out and arguments were had. Many plans were drawn up, discussed, thrown out and redone. One plan was finally agreed upon.

What would have happened if Draco had killed Dumbledore? Would the Ministry been taken over by Death Eaters? Would Snape have been installed as Headmaster? Would Harry, Ron, and Hermione have gone off searching for the Horcruxes? Who will live, who will die? At Good Riddance, you decide.

This game is canon compliant up through book six, except for one thing: Draco was the one who uttered the fatal Avada Kedavra which killed Dumbledore. Snape will retain his position as a double (or triple?) spy. The Malfoys will be elevated in status at Lord Voldemort's side; his occupation of their home is now a gift and not a punishment. The Order is desperately trying to retain control of Hogwarts and establish it as a safe haven for halfbloods and muggleborns alike.

The only taken positions are Michael Corner, Terry Boot, and Nymphadora Tonks. We're looking for Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, Ron Weasley, Draco Malfoy, Severus Snape, Remus Lupin, AND MANY MORE - you name them, they're open!
