- Harry got the snitch, risking his life and almost crashing to the ground at high speed. Regulus pulled back because he says no game his worth that much.
- Savannah flew like a possessed woman and yelled at anyone who missed.

Harry was about to argue that he shouldn't do that until he heard the rest of the sentence and then he was laughing. "I see. I'm glad that you can let me win some."

That made more sense. "That's good though, right? If Scorpius wants you to have lunch together, then Lucius couldn't have been that much of a dick to him. Maybe things change at your house. Your father loved you. Even I could see that and I hated him."

He looked at Albus with Scorpius with a frown. "I hope not, because that would be really bloody weird, all things considered. Why would you even say that? That's... wrong." He wanted to Obliviate himself now. "And he mentioned it. I mean... if you discount the Greek tragedy, it wouldn't be impossible, sex with Ginny, the sudden marriage, your marriage. Who knows? It's not like we'll ever know."

Draco pursed his lips, still not totally sure what Lucius was truly like with Scorpius.

"He wants us to be a family. But, when he first got here... I told him Lucius was here, and he almost had a panic attack. He was terrified, convinced that my father would try to make him pretend to be something he's not. So there's something ugly there. I'll give my father a chance but if he hurts Scorpius that'll be it. He won't be getting any third chances."

Draco shrugged.

"It's not that strange. They're clearly close. Though, I suppose you mean weird because of us?" He shrugged again. "I guess. But it's not any weirder than some of the relationships in my family. Or yours, for that matter, if you go back far enough in the family tree." There was always a little incest in the pureblood lines, and Albus and Scorpius weren't even related.

"It's dramatic, but yeah, they might not be that wrong. Though I wouldn't discount the Greek tragedy. I'm extremely dramatic and you are brilliant at angst."

"Or maybe he's heard a lot of stories about what your father was like before," Harry said. "I don't care how nice everyone is supposed to be in the future- past- you know what I mean. He must have heard some stories about your father. And I can't believe I'm defending Lucius." This place was making them lose their minds. "Still, for all the mistakes he's made, he loves you. I don't know that he loves Scorpius, because he doesn't know him. So maybe."

Harry raised an index and started to shake it. "It's really bloody weird, and I don't care what Slytherin logic you use. I don't care what they did centuries ago. If your father and my father were shagging, this would not be happening. There are lines that shouldn't be crossed."

He snorted. "So maybe you had the Greek tragedy that ended in a marriage, while my was just dramatic. I couldn't rise to the level of a Greek tragedy." If any of that had happened, he would have been too drunk to even do angst properly.

"I said I'm giving him a chance," Draco said defensively. "I can't do much more than that." He could, of course. He could actually forgive him. But that would involve a lot of soul searching that Draco wasn't willing to do at the moment.

He wrinkled his nose dramatically at the thought of James Potter and Lucius Malfoy together.

"That's a cursed thought Potter. Disgusting." Honestly it wouldn't change a thing about what he wanted with Harry, it was just the idea of those two at all that was horrifying. "But I get the message. I won't bring it up again."

Draco refrained from pointing out that Harry's whole life was some sort of novel already. It wouldn't be particularly productive.

"I would look very good as one of those Greek urns. I have the profile for it."

"I'm just giving you an explanation of why Scorpius wants you to give him a chance. It's not up to me to tell you what to do with your own father." Harry knew just how terrible he was at family and his advice was the last thing anyone needed.

Harry tilted his head and stared at Draco "Yeah? And how are our children together any less disgusting? But I'm glad that we're on the same page on this one topic, because-" He had a body shiver. "Right, let's move on."

He chuckled. "I thought you'd say that you'd look good in a toga, although it might be too cold for the Scottish weather." He shook his head. "All right, so I'll see you after lunch yeah?"
