WANTED LINES MEME: February

Wanted lines! Time to plot! Time passes so quickly it ceases to hold any meaning for me! Take this as an opportunity to discuss character development, and talk about lines you might want to build with one another.

Character Name: CASEY patterson
House and Year: coppertale junior
Classes: ~~lolwhat~~ Core: Charms, Herbology, Outdoor Education; Elective: Artificing, Aesthetic Magic, Wizard Literature
Extracurriculars: Cheer, Gaming (D&D GM), Duelling & Fencing, Drama (no acting).
Current State: casey doesn't get a big bulleted list because he's casey. HE'S LIVING LIFE. i'm trying to figure out a development arc for him and it's a challenge. he's going to do something nice at the end of the year; that's all i've got. in the meantime, he's still being an idiot, pushing buttons, making out/hooking up with anybody he can.
Looking For: i have no idea BUT IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING, PLEASE HIT ME UP. IDEAS ARE WELCOME. I AM NO HELP.
Anything Else: ummmm welllll you guys know how i wrote casey because i wanted a mean bully? ... and i ended up with a bully exterior with a squishy, sweet heart? ... yeah. oops. i'm trying to amp up his meanness lately though; anon posts are helping a bit, and once the uly hunt dies down i think i'll let him run rampant.

once i post this he's going to run rampant on the journals to try and protect cricket. so that's fun.

also i was chatting with alex and we realized how insufferable casey would have been for cricket last year. it actually explains more of why he would have done things like READ FOR FUN and LEARN ABOUT GENDER THEORY. (and also GET WAY INTO D&D and DEVOTE A LOT OF TIME TO BECOMING A RAD-ASS DUNGEON MASTER.)

freshman year: riley is prob his closest friend. cricket starts tutoring him at the end of it.
soph: riley goes to hogwarts. casey has lost his chance to be Top Dog to sy. he's friends with the remaining mean girls but probably not much else.

like... he was probably constantly bothering cricket and making excuses to hang out because he was lonely. HE WILL NEVER ADMIT IT! but casey was probably way close to lost puppy following her around.

thank god for this year, with riley coming back and jacob transferring in.

Omigod, I love that!!! At first, she probably thought he was just hitting on her and was like, "Mind your boundaries, ya lil twerp." But then once she realized he was like ... interested in the things she had to say... and wanted to platonically hang out?? UM, YES PLZ.

Riley's Return (that sounds like a sequel in the Gooseberry DVD collection) probably super bummed Cricket out. Like, "Gimme back my burgeoning feminist, you beautiful tiny trash fire."

he also probably didn't know how to COMMUNICATE platonically hanging out. it probably did seem like he was hitting on her an awful lot, or just like. showing up where she was without asking. she's having a conversation in the atrium and he flops down on the couch beside her and starts complaining about how he's so booooored and can't they doo something like come onnnnn. also, doodling on HER notes. ...... which i assume she stopped very fast.

cricket, you have 5 months to turn him back into a potential human being!!!
