Ginny had been so excited to see Percy's writing in the journal. After everything else back home, and all the terrible things that had happened, getting her brother back was one of the few happy things that came out of that final battle. She'd missed him those years he was gone and getting him back made losing Fred just a little easier. It filled up a least a bit of the hole.
Imagine her shock when she was told to feck right off!
The youngest Weasley had seen enough in her short time at the village to know that sometimes, arriving meant crankiness and so she figured she'd go and sort it all out. Of course, that was after she'd checked just when Percy was coming from because if it had been the pre-war Percy...well...she'd probably still go over there, but it would've involved a lot more work and a lot more yelling to get him to even listen to her probably.
She packed up some cakes she had made after her tea with Victoire. She was becoming the family therapist, which didn't necessarily bother her, but she just wondered when it was she became the fixer of problems. She grabbed a bottle of liquor from the cabinet before heading out the door towards cabin number 22.
When she got there she stood on the step and gave a loud knock on the door. "Perce?" She called out. "Uncle Gid?" She gave it a second before adding. "I'm going to start singing in a minute." There were few things worse that she could think of than her standing outside singing Celestina Warbeck as loud as she could. Before she started that nonsense though, she tried the door and was happy to find it open. "Well, at leas the neighbors will be happy." She muttered to herself as she pushed her way inside.
"Percy?" She called out, making her way towards the living room looking for her brother.
