Good evening, I am Prince Lyzander Blackthorne. I play at [info]deceptpercep. In my opinion a very enjoyable and active game community. A surprising absence of one liner replies, and a group of writers strongly focused on making things happen. The game happens to be plot based, and filled with drama and intrigue. DP is a very believable escape from reality. This game advanced easily to my favorite game.

Deceptive Perception is a supernatural game in the ancient land of Inora. Currently seeking therianthropes (werewolves specifically, members of the Borean Pack), demons (more Blackthornes are welcome, but do pm the ones already in game to arrange plottage as it is a close knit family - there is also a need for rival families of the Blackthornes - as well as friends of the Blackthornes/ Basically looking for demons), mortals (powered or normal, Gunslingers, Servants, Guards, and the like). Also recently opened two new races the Djinn and the Grigori (which contains the game's only half breeds, the Nephilim). We still have members of the Drake Coven of vampires open, as well as welcome rival Covens.

Need more help? Here's thoughts for wanted characters. The application and holds also has a list of adoptable characters.

My own personal thoughts as to needed characters.

Wolves )

Gunslingers )

Gen Pop )

So come join us! Deceptive Perception is a semi-anonymous game filled with talented writers all with creative thoughts. All plots tend to be player driven. We would love to consider adding you to the mix.

Hi, my name is Danii. I play Liir Thropp from Gregory Maguire's reimagined Oz (Wicked, Son of a Witch, A Lion Among Men) at a couple of games ([info]darkerdoorways, fandomhigh). Mostly, I've been looking for anyone who'd want to play some of his canonmates. Specifically, I'd love to see--

Nor, his older half-sister. Whether from SOAW canon where she's just left Southstairs or with the added information we get from ALAM, I'd be happy either way. Trism, Liir's, er, friend. I'd be happy to see him from just about any point in canon you'd care to take him from. The Wizard would be a delightful shock from anywhen. Glinda, preferably from the end of Wicked or from SOAW, though ALAM would also be interesting. Shell from just about anywhen would be absolutely fantastic. A bit of wickedness would be lovely to see, but if you wanted to redeem him realistically, I'd love to watch that too. And invariably:

Elphaba, from any point in her life. I wouldn't even mind if you had her surviving the ordeal with Dorothy as long as you were cool with him being suitably annoyed at her.

I don't mind if any of them would be from the musical; it would be fun to play with the cognitive dissonance, I think. I would, however, hope for the understanding that book =/= musical. I play book, because that's the only canon my character exists in *G* but I'd love to see any of the Ozians from either. As for game, I play in the aforementioned but if you're playing somewhere and you'd rather stay there, I'd be happy to try someplace new for the chance to play with just about any of the ones listed up there.

The email is gamenotifications at gmail.com and you can find me on AIM pretty regularly at ashurbadaktu. Hoping to hear from you!

This is my first time doing one of these, so if it's a bit long or rambly, my apologies. I'm happy to supply samples of play if you're interested. Thanks.

Hi there! I'm Bette and I play at [info]forgotten_gods. I'm posting here because I would love love love love love to have more Aztecs! It's a wonderful addictive active game with lots going on, and my girl Xochiquetzal (Flora) wants some more of her pantheon around to enjoy it!

If you are interested, and need help with the research, I can even point you to some great resources that will help.

(There are also lots of great positions open in many more pantheons, if the Aztecs don't appeal to you! It really is an awesome game.)
