I have the oddest idea for a crossover. Inception/Heroes or Inception/BTVS. It's one of those ideas that hits you like a bag of bricks falling out of the sky. You have no clue where it came from but damnit, now that bump on your head won't stop pounding and all you can think about is that stupid brick.
It's an impossible reach but I think it would be fascinating to try. The main idea is a character from BTVS or Heroes gets pulled out of someone's dream and given 'life' in the 'real world'. The idea is, of course, frightening to think of because if heroes can be pulled out of dreams and into reality, so can villains. Whether or not the character's 'powers/abilities' are brought out with them, that can be yes or no, depending on how we want to play the line.
It's tricky but if I could get the right people, we could turn this idea into an actual group psl (or community if we please). Otherwise, as a psl, I would love to play Buffy against Cobb. A weird crossover, yes, but one that would be a lot of fun if played right.
