Fandom PSLs

Looking for a Claire or an OC for my Peter, post S4. Long term threading, please!

First timer to this but oooold school RPer. Looking for group PSLs preferably (but private is doable), in the Whoverse or BtVS. I'm very flexible with characters but prefer darker guys/gals and complex, seemingly random storylines that come together in really creative ways :) I love a challenge. I'm still holding out for a Tegan, Nyssa, or Tulough but, in the mean time, can we get a Donna Noble (preferably one who will come back and actually app) or a Rory Williams to islandkeepers? I think both Eleven and Amy would love to see him... even if it's just to stand between them while they're fighting.
