hi, this is venus with her third char :3 i'm bringing in akiyama sayuri, known to most people as sayuri, and one of the younger members of the fighters' guild bc idk how to play anyone over 25 apparently. (this is a lie.)

BULLET POINTS TO MAKE THINGS EASIER:

• akiyama sayuri: twenty-three, berserker, would prefer you don't underestimate her just because she fits the feminine ideal, thank u.
• sayuri grew up in emillion and the akiyama clan is fairly well-known
• the akiyamas are an artisan group by trade, crafting beautiful porcelain and pottery for generations that is very popular amongst the upper class. so they're pretty wealthy.
• the akiyamas have a small "estate" in commoner district, which they poured a lot of money into for it being not so large; it's something of an "attraction" in its own way.
• sayuri herself is a member of the fighters' guild; she's been a berserker since she was seventeen, so she has about five years of experience in her class. sayuri is 5'10" but stronger than she looks.
• but she can get kind of prickly/defensive if you underestimate her. which happens often, bc she doesn't give off the air of being battle-hardened or a member of the FG most of the time; her family is very traditional and she prides herself on her gentle appearance (even though she herself is rarely gentle).
• she's actually kind of frank/blunt most of the time, mostly bc she doesn't think she must curb her personality in order to look a certain way. so she pursued the berserker class. so she wears the traditional garb of her people, takes small steps, performs tea ceremony. is that supposed to make her somehow incompetent? she wasn't aware that forsaking her interests in the aesthetics was necessary in order to be taken seriously. (this is a sore point.)
• her father has apprentices!! he has two at the moment since sayuri is uninterested in taking up the family trade and he has recently taken up the idea that maybe she should marry one of them. THIS IS COMEDIC FOR ALL INVOLVED. if someone ever wanted to app a civilian... or a guild member with an interest in ceramics, idk??? lmao
• plot ideas: people who are interested in the ceramics business? previous customers, most likely nobles/people of wealth? people who have seen/know sayuri around from being in emillion for x amount of years? people she often trains with/prefers to do battle with? maybe her old mentor? people who dislike her or underestimate her; people who respect her, think she's great? victims of her makeovers? people who share her interest in shopping/make-up or people who would probably benefit plot-wise from it? u know u want to do a makeover thread with me so help me faram
• also she is up for howaito dē threads!!! as are ryul/ryul and cecilia/inatower
