Emillion Out Of Character

Hi all! This is Rae (again) with my third character:

Redwald "Red" Vannes, Orator (TG), 29 years old. The Vannes are a well-known family of nobles known for being involved in politics -- his father's a judge, his uncle's in Parliament, etc etc. Red is the fuck up black sheep of the family! Instead of joining the Fighters' Guild like his brother, he opted to go for the Bard's Guild~ instead. He spent ten years as a Thief before becoming an Orator at 25. He comes off as kind of a shiftless bard, but he's actually a ~gentleman thief. Personality wise, Red is friendly and the very definition of a smooth operator. He's charming, a notorious womanizer, and loves being the life of the party, especially if it embarrasses his family. (Hint: it usually does.) He can be a dry & sarcastic dick if he doesn't like you, though.

A note on that: despite being a noble himself, Red is quietly disdainful of the classist behavior of most nobles, even if he's not exactly perfect in that regard. Oops.

Friends, enemies, ex-flings all welcome. Nobles that don't know what to do with him, Thieves' Guild members who don't know what to make of him, etc. I'm up for anything. :]

Just wanted to let everyone know that I may or may not be slow until June 1st. Whereas everyone else has already conquered finals, mine start tonight. T_T

I'll still be around and whatnot (who am I kidding, right?), but my usual knock it out pace might be a bit snail like as I attempt to do projects and presentations and study for a stupid programming test.

womp womp, Angie here with her third! This is Ridley Irving, a fourteen-year-old scholar with the Mages' Guild (been with the Guild for 2 years!), training to become a white mage. Personality-wise, she's a huge bookworm, a lover of ~learning~, kind of quiet and more of a watcher/listener, and so curious it hurts. Expect a lot of questions from her! She looks up to strong women and respects kind men, so if you fall into these categories, she's probably shy around you because that's how she deals with a happy little heart.

Most important to her is her history! She was born to a noble father who left her mother Lysa pregnant (lol thanks) because he didn't want anyone to know about her mother and her. I WILL GIVE MY FIRST BORN TO ANYONE WHO APPS HER FATHER OR FITS HER INTO THEIR HISTORY. eta: SHE IS ALTAIR'S HALF-SISTER THROUGH MOMMY. She grew up in Emillion with her half-sister and mother (a white mage in the Guild! feel free to know her!), but mommy died when she was 9. Then half-sister left Emillion with her daddy (LOL THANKS AGAIN). IF SOMEONE APPED HER SISTER WITH DAKOTA FANNING, I... I WOULD GIVE YOU A LUNG because look how cute. PLOT THINGS: mages!!!!! when she's not stuck in the library/tower, she's scurrying around the city fetching materials/items for fellow mages. Feel free to order her around, because she likes to be useful. MOTHERLY FIGURES. TEA-LOVERS. FRENDS. FELLOW BOOKWORMS.
