	I think the 'how' has already been answered. And people told you about Pickman. We've also got MIST set up to help newbies. You can stock up on food and get some clothes if you need them too. (Reply to this) (Thread)

So basically you were pulled from your world to here by some fog. No one knows why and currently there is no way to return to your world. At least not through your own willpower.

Pickman is like a boarding house with single room setups that have their own kitchenette and bathrooms. There will be a room for you there if you want to use it.

MIST is a community outreach center that works to help the community.

	Be mindful of the locals. Most of them aren't dangerous but that doesn't mean they can be completely trusted.
